To whom it may concern:
We need your help in getting a refund of airline tickets. Our sons marriage which was scheduled on april 15, 2020 is cancelled due to the current coronavirus (Cov-19). There are a total of 220 tickets which were traveling between mumbai and hyderabad. We tried calling/contacting them but they are not giving us a refund. Instead they are only offering a credit to be used in a year which is not possible due to current situation. We wanted to proceed in good faith but the situation is really horrible right now. So we ask that all we truly want is a refund.
