Dear sir /mam,
Through tripzumisupport booked flight from patna to hyderabad the flight was 30.12.17 it was cancelled due to bad weather through airlines money is not refund back til date. From the day of cancel im calling to this number[protected] the customer service they got amount back from airlines to tripzumisupport to send amount in my account it will take one week the customer were telling. Why one week time it will take?
