Airlink.in — airlink broadband not working since 10 days

Broadband not working since 10 days. Nobody responding to complains too.
Due to this our office and school work is getting hindered.
Did complain on airlink help line +[protected] and[protected]. But no body picks up

Also after of recharge of 1yr then haven't given me grace 6 months as written in the recharge bill too.
