Computer desktop monitor was damaged and keyboard

They don’t work in rain? Like seriously jio workers and you broadband is always here to solve the connection and here airlink says can’t work due to the rain so no executive is there to handle the work. If you can’t manage then why do you charge?
Like solve it and i[censored] can’t get us the refund.

One of the worst company in the world i have ever faced in terms of internet connection in Surat..never suggest to anyone to take airlink connection..always give advise to buy donkeys instead of airlink…unbelievable speed, , unimaginable customer service..on the other hand when you go to their office they will be like why did you choose airlink even though you know that our service is poor, , means they know that they provide worst service…disgusting disgusting and disgusting and nothing at all..avoid everyone to use it

Complain log on 9th Oct, today is 16th oct and day close .but still issue not solved and no proper answer .

I couldn't change a passenger's name online, I waited for more than an hour with my baby at the airlink airport sales office while the consultant there was changing the name which needed me to pay R1 150!
And I couldn't get ahold of the airline customer service on the phone.

Everything was inconvenient and costly. I'm not using airlink again or recommending it to anyone.

internet was off from last 20 days
please extend those 20 days into my current plan
i have complain so many time and event visit airlink office but no one responded so, please add those days into my current plan

My Net Connection is not working from last 15 Days i have complain at coustomer care 6 Times and surat off 6 Times personaly visit They are not giving proper Answer I ask for Refund but They don't giv me Refund & Proper Answer my loketion At Gopipura Surat.

मेरा नेट पिछले कही दिनो से बांध है और में जभी कंप्लेन के लिए कॉल करता हु तो आप हर बार बोलते हो की working3दिन में आदमी आएगा और जभी 3दिन बाद कॉल करता हु तो बोलता है की Working 3दिन मे हो जायेगा तो आप मुझे ये बताओ के आपके working 3दिन कोनसे होते ही और 3दिन किया 30दिन बाद भी कोई आपका आदमी इधर नही होता ही तो आप और बोलते ही की में technician को भेज दुगा और अहि कोई भी अभी तक नही आया ही तो मेने कहा की आप तो किसी लो भेज नही रहे हो तो 1काम करो आप मुझे technician का नंबर दो तो बोलते ही के में नही दे सकता तो आप लोगाने उनको क्यो कोस्टंबर केयर पे बैठाया है सिर्फ 3दिन बोलने।
और में जभी कोई सवाल पूछता हु तो उनके पास कोई जवाब ही नहीं होता और कॉल कट देते है तो आप लोगो ने उनको क्यो कस्टमर केयर पे बिठाया ही आपको ये तो पता होगा के कस्टम केयर का मतलब क्या होता है?
क्यो उनके पास कोई जवाब नही होता मेरा आधा से उपर तो नेट बांध रहा है तो किया आप मुझे पैसे रिटन करोगे।
और आज अगर मेरा नेट शुरु नही हुआ तो में ट्वीटर जैसे सभी सोशल मिडिया पे सब जग वायरल कर दुगा की कोई भी इस कंपनी में नही जाए।
और मेरे सभी friends or relatives में सभी आपका ही WI-FI यूज करते ही तो समाज lo की अभी आपके 100-200 कोस्टम गए।
और में अभी सभी सोशल मिडिया पे डाल रहा हु की कोई भी इस कंपनी में नहीं जाए कियोकी ये सिर्फ शुरु-शुरु में ही अच्छा नेट देती है फिर नेट ही बांध कर देती है तो इसे अच्छा ही की आप मेरा नेट शुरु करो या पैसे refund करो।
मुझे पता ही की आप शुरु नही करने वाले हो तो इसे अच्छा ही के पैसे refund करो।

Wifi stop working every 2 seconds and high latency i call them they didnt solve my issue

Wifi not work...kitni baar call kiya phir koi response nahi aaya ...call krke complaint kiya phir bhi no response...

Me Kabir restaurat se nasir ali hu. Mere pass airlink wifi he aur uska network nahi aa raha he. Last 3 month se complain kar raha hu but koi solve nahi ho raha he. Customer se kuchh answer nahi mil raha h.

Kya third class service hai tumhari bech na hoto bhaagh te hue aate ho jab service ki baat aati hai to goodbye!

eese to acha hai kya band kardo tumhare operations. Aur phele jaake management ki classes lo.

You guys treat CUSTOMERs like ###!! who even gave you licence to conduct all such kind of nusience

Our complain date is 25.06.2021 but till date complain not attended.
It is very bad experience. One month already lapsed. Who is responsible for this. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest please.

We are facing internet problems, the issue always being the same that is either major fiber cut or major power cut whenever there is no power cut in the area.

even the customer support never replied satisfying answer and they cut the call from their end after saying some rote words i.e. major power cut or major fiber cut and will be resolve by the evening.

if the team knows about the issue then why not the team is planning for some permanent solution. The internet does not work more than 1-2 days in a week.

Even if we call before 9.30 am call being transferred to the surat office and if we call after 6.00 pm in that case also call transfer to the surat office.

Let's we can understand that the office time is 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. however, if the problem occurs at 5.00 pm and if we call the customer care, in that case, the problem will only be solved by the next day evening because the issue can not be solved in 1 hour.

The support team can not extend their office time if the user faces any issue when they know that the users will suffer the whole night and the next day without internet.

we really not satisfied with the service and the support team.

I am khyati joshi here from surat gujarat. I am very disappointed with Airlink services. They is very poor and bad services. I am frequently tried to communicate with Airlink staff to resolve my complaint. But they are not responding. Still they are behaving like unprofessional company. Requesting to you slove the matter. I am not suggesting to anyone to buy Airlink broadband plans.

Worst Services. Complaint filed from 5 July 2021 still nobody cares to solve.. Daily call them and hear their same non sense that it will get resolved in 2-3 days. They are group of cheap people don't care about customer and sitting and just wasting everybody's time. They should just sell their company and go away. They don't even care for a single complaint or any customer.
