They don’t work in rain? Like seriously jio workers and you broadband is always here to solve the connection and here airlink says can’t work due to the rain so no executive is there to handle the work. If you can’t manage then why do you charge?
Like solve it and i[censored] can’t get us the refund.

    One of the worst company in the world i have ever faced in terms of internet connection in Surat..never suggest to anyone to take airlink connection..always give advise to buy donkeys instead of airlink…unbelievable speed, , unimaginable customer service..on the other hand when you go to their office they will be like why did you choose airlink even though you know that our service is poor, , means they know that they provide worst service…disgusting...

    Complain log on 9th Oct, today is 16th oct and day close .but still issue not solved and no proper answer .

      I couldn't change a passenger's name online, I waited for more than an hour with my baby at the airlink airport sales office while the consultant there was changing the name which needed me to pay R1 150!
      And I couldn't get ahold of the airline customer service on the phone.

      Everything was inconvenient and costly. I'm not using airlink again or recommending it to anyone....

      internet was off from last 20 days
      please extend those 20 days into my current plan
      i have complain so many time and event visit airlink office but no one responded so, please add those days into my current plan...

      My Net Connection is not working from last 15 Days i have complain at coustomer care 6 Times and surat off 6 Times personaly visit They are not giving proper Answer I ask for Refund but They don't giv me Refund & Proper Answer my loketion At Gopipura Surat.

              Me Kabir restaurat se nasir ali hu. Mere pass airlink wifi he aur uska network nahi aa raha he. Last 3 month se complain kar raha hu but koi solve nahi ho raha he. Customer se kuchh answer nahi mil raha h....

              Kya third class service hai tumhari bech na hoto bhaagh te hue aate ho jab service ki baat aati hai to goodbye!

              eese to acha hai kya band kardo tumhare operations. Aur phele jaake management ki classes lo.

              You guys treat CUSTOMERs like ###!! who even gave you licence to conduct all such kind of nusience...

                  We are facing internet problems, the issue always being the same that is either major fiber cut or major power cut whenever there is no power cut in the area.

                  even the customer support never replied satisfying answer and they cut the call from their end after saying some rote words i.e. major power cut or major fiber cut and will be resolve by the evening.

                  if the team knows about the issue then why not the team...

                  I am khyati joshi here from surat gujarat. I am very disappointed with Airlink services. They is very poor and bad services. I am frequently tried to communicate with Airlink staff to resolve my complaint. But they are not responding. Still they are behaving like unprofessional company. Requesting to you slove the matter. I am not suggesting to anyone to buy Airlink broadband plans.

                    Worst Services. Complaint filed from 5 July 2021 still nobody cares to solve.. Daily call them and hear their same non sense that it will get resolved in 2-3 days. They are group of cheap people don't care about customer and sitting and just wasting everybody's time. They should just sell their company and go away. They don't even care for a single complaint or any customer....
