Airlink.in — broadband not working since 15 days

Last 15 days i call them 10 times in a day, i mailed to nodal officers, but no replied or resolved my problem, if they are not in a position to do it, disconnect my connection and refund my full amount. My user id is kgohil, my rmn is [protected], my complain id is[protected] with airlink broadband surat city

Such a week network connection not giving proper service i would b requesting my nearest airlink users to get a new connection aa they are also facing this same problem 😡😡😡😡😡😡
