Airlink.in — complaint regarding network issue (not responding)

Dear respected,
I am suffer for network issue (No network) since last three days (27th july 2020) i call many time But there is no revert for soluation.
I requested to consumer forum have take corrective action against the company. I want solution for the problem anyways.
I am waiting your affirmative response and solution.

I have prepaid connection with airlink broadband, surat my customer no. (Crf. No) 262088, user id - mkbhatti my internet went offline on the 27th july 2020 early morning, i had placed a complaint immediate. And i have prepaid connection.. Which i have means already paid for the quality service they are supposed to give me, and they have failed in giving me quality service.
