Airlink.in — internet connectivity issues

Internet is not working. This is not the first time, the same thing happens once in every week and the connectivity stays out of service for 2-3 days minimum out of 7days a week. Lots of time we have complained about the same thing, not only this is the issue of 1 person we have 5 connection in same society each time all o[censored]s have to complaint but no immediate resolution is done. And 24hours toll free number goes out of service after 8:30 pm which is marked innumerable number of times. This type of service seems to very unprofessional and customer satisfaction is getting low day by day. We would not at all suggest airlink to other friends and relatives for giving such unsatisfactory services.
