My ticket flight was purchased at checkers for the 28th of January 2021. Due to lockdown could not fly out.I went to the Airport to try schedule a flight for the 18th of March. I was informed my ticket was used for 5th of February by Mrs.Ncube. This issue cannot be resolved. I dont know of Mrs.Ncube it was my first time on Monday to go to the Airport that directed me to customer care, dealt with Ms.Suzaan Grootboom.
