Poor service and regular disconnectivity is the identity of this company. Every now and then they disconnect the internet and again restart it after 3 days. Poorest service and worst customer service support. Always complaining about it. Toi many losses faced near about 5 lakh because of loss of net connection. List of complaints attached. Even paid in advance why we need to face such poor service and even losses because of loss of internet for 3 days in a week. I want compensation and regular internet service.
