Innumerable times we have forwaded our complaints through various modes but without receiving any response from the company. Latest mail being on 23.11.2018 that two remains yet to be acknowledged. We have requested team airlink to refund the entire amount of rs.4200/- as the problem seems to be beyond any solution. Hope you would take up the matter forcefully enabling to get full refund at an earliest and treat the matter as closed.
