I was called more than 15 times in last 2 month and what they said is there is technical issue will solved it in 5 days,
I have 50 mbps plan while i only get 5 mbps speed from last 2 month and even they don’t reply properly

I complained many times but my net closed after noon, which starts at 10 o'clock in the night. Make this a permanent solution and if you do not, I will talk to you about this in consumer protection.
