Airlink — My internet not working from long time

My Internet is not working from last Friday 1st may, 2015. I was assured to solve problem within 24h, when I have taken connection. But I had nonsense response form customer care. Please give proper service, other wise refund customer/my money, I am not satisfied with Airlink service. It is waste of time and money.
