Airlink Surat — Water leakage problem

Hello All,

Due to water leakage problem in the cable of Airlink my d-link router has stop working. i checked that router into d-link service center and they found water inside router so they suggest contact your service provide. Airlink technician come at my house and he is found water leakage problem in cable so this is confirm due to water leakage my router has stopped working.

After that i went to airlink service center and they are not proper responding instead they are accusing us for the problem and they told us to unplugged the cable from router whenever it rains which is impossible because i have to seat beside the router for rainy season. they called it this is there terms and condition.
