Dear sir, india is going towards digital money transactions. Though we, customers, ready to go digital.. These food stalls forcing to pay through cash. And bluntly saying they do not accept cards, bhim or paytm or any other wallet. I had to return from counter with empty hand as i didn’t carry money. This is not something i expected from an international airport. As it’s inside secured area, i am not able take and add photos. Hope some one will check this and resolve this issue. These stall owners really making black money as they are opposing card and digital payments.
I didn't receive any updates on my missing baggage, it has been more than 10 days.

    आपका शिकायत के लिए धन्यवाद । 07 मिनट से 01 सेकंड भी अगर बढ़ता है तो पार्किंग शुल्क देय है । मैं समझ सकती हूँ की कतार में खड़ा होने के नाते अगर यह शुल्क देय होता है तो यह उचित नहीं है । अतः विमानपत्तन प्रबंधन ने यह 07 मिनट फ्री टाइम को बदलाव प्रस्ताव किया है एवं सभी वाहन से न्यूनतम शुल्क (20 रु.) व्यवस्था रखने हेतु चार्ज करना प्रस्ताव किया है । यह प्रस्ताव भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण, मुख्यालय में विचारधीन है । अगर किसी भी समय आपको लगता है की अन्याय रूप में आपसे पार्किंग शुल्क लिया जा रहा है तो आप तुरंत टर्मिनल मेनेजर (मो. [protected]) को सूचित करें, तत्काल निवारण हेतु ।

    आशा करते है की इसी वर्ष में नया नियम के तहत हम आपको बेहतर सेवा प्रदान कर पाएगे।

    Parking ma jo log tol par khade rahte hai jo ki parking ki ricipt late hai un ka bihaviya baat karne ka tari ka bahot galat hai and taxi car ma bathe dirvar sa aur taxi car ma bathe custmar sa parking tol ricipt chak karne wale inploy ka bihaviya accha nahi hai yaha tak ki vo jagda karne tak utar jaate hai

      Today (15th dec-2017) i have a ticket for silchar in flight sg-3213 (Ticket trip id[protected] corporate booking at morning 6.20am from kolkata. I reached the airport at 5.20am and due to crowd in your gate no1 i reached the spice jet counter at 5.37am and at spice jet counter they refused to issue boarding pass, stating that they have closed the counter for silchar passenger at 5.35am. They told me to meet duty manager, saying that she only can do something. I meet with her (Priyanka) requested her for issuing boarding pass, she took sometime checking the status and refused to help me for this. After requesting for more than 20mints she did not agree to issue boarding pass. Her behavior was too rude towards me, way of talking was just like she is the owner of spice jet teaching me you should know the rules of spice jet, you need to report 1hour prior to your flight time. I just want to know does 2 mints or 5mints delay at counter for rush outside your gate no:1 make difference of issuing boarding pass?? Which results my important journey cancellation as well as ticket money loss and my return ticket to cancel. Just a harassment for customer for that misbehaved, unhelping attitude lady.         This is ragesh from chennai. Today i had visited airport. When i was entering the airport i got computerised parking ticket. When i was exiting the airport they charged me 150 and i paid but they gave me a manual ticket. I was asking for computerised only but they didn't give me a proper ticket. They was very harsh to me were they said they will tow my vehicle where my wife and 5 month old kid was inside i need a proper reply in return. I need proper reply for this complaint. Otherwise am going to file a case regarding this.

          Today i visited chennai airport to receive my daughter arriving from us.
          First it was difficult to find the ticket counter and then the entrance to the arrival hall. There were no boards to indicate the way to the arrival hall. Luckily one gentleman guided me. There is no boards in the entrance. After entering the hall we didn’t have a view of the passengers arriving. Instead we are put up in a cage like room. Deplorable arrangements. Also there are no arrival information boards to show the arrival status of the flights. Since there are no announcements, waiting persons are put into lot of hardships.
          After charging ₹100, the facilities provided are almost nil.

            In kolkota airport on money exchange counter towards the international departures ground floor on 26november i had exchanged my 12000indian rupees to peso instead of getting 9414peso i got 4700peso and instead of charging the exact amount of money which is 1.27, they charges 2.4, by repeatedly telling to them that it should be 1.27 and i had no proof to show them as mobile switch off and getting late for immigration but i knows the value as i'm studying in philippines since one year and the rate never booms so high and after immigration while waiting for flight by charging my mobile with disheartened heart the rate comes 1.27, in net as same it was past one month, so plz put the remaining money which i should deserve on my hdfc account = [protected] and ifsc no. Hdfc0001643 itanagar, i had no bad regards about anyone and i likes kolkota airport but only thing is i need my money as soon as possible

              Today, on 25th Nov 2017, I landed at Indore from Delhi and got an auto rickshaw to go home. At the exit the guy (in blue dress/uniform; clearly the airport staff!) asked the auto rickshaw to pay Rs 20. Auto driver asked me to pay that.

              I asked since when is this 'Airport Leaving/Exit fee' applied, so the auto driver had no answer. I also enquired the boy and he had no answer too but kept his hand at the bar of the auto in a threatening way to demand money. After I informed him that I've been at this airport many times, he got a little soft and started asking me questions. Eventually I asked him to give a receipt for the payment to which he said he will but then he went behind the auto, out of my sight, and indicated the auto driver to leave.

              Auto rickshaw driver obviously knew these guys but didn't want to get into an argument so had to ask me to pay but after coming out of the airport he informed me that THESE GUYS DO THIS OFTEN TO NEW PASSENGERS AND WOULDN'T HAVE LET ME GO WITHOUT PAYING. IT WAS BECAUSE THEY REALISED I KNOW THERE IS NO SUCH FEE TO LEAVE AIRPORT IN AN AUTO RICKSHAW AND THAT I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT THAT THIS GUY AT EXIT LET ME GO!

              HOW CAN THE AIRPORT ALLOW SUCH HOOLIGANISM!?
              Dear Complainant,
              No charges payable within 07 minutes. In case you are charged, you should immediately contact Terminal Manager Mob. no.[protected] for redress. Penalties more than 01 Lac Rs. imposed on Car parking Contractor for such illegal collection of Parking fees. Warnings are also issued to him.

              AAI is in the process of revising the car parking charges in all its airports. To facilitate faster exit and faster entry in to airport, process is ongoing for acquiring land close to terminal building to enable more than one entry and more than one exit.

              Please see parking charges as payable on the boards displayed in the parking area. Rs. 15 /- is not payable for Auto Rikshaw.

                Respected sir,

                I would like to bring to your kind notice that to at 19.25 i had entered airport in my maruti scross registration no wb12d 8203. To drop my wife and daughter.

                I left immediately after dropping them and was at the exit gate well within the stipulated time that is 19.33 which is within 10 minutes free time.
                The person at the counter asked us for the payment. I told him that we are well within 10min free time but he started arguing. I asked him to show the watch which clearly showed 19.34 and when i tried to take the snap of the same he almost jumped out to snatch my phone. Instead of fighting with him any further we paid him and left.
                This kind of high handedness, misbehavior and forcefully extortion of money was not called for. I immediately called up airport police station and made my complaint.. At least brought this incident to their notice and then called your office. As advised i am writing this mail in a hope some action would be taken.

                Same thing happened to me today ie 26 Nov 2017 at 1624 hrs at exit 2. Why aai not installing cctv camera . They talked in filthy language and goondaism giri. Aai should immediate take action by filing fir against these goondas and black list s.s enterprise.

                Yesterday that is 29.12.2017 we arrived at Netaji Subhas International Airport Kolkata at domestic terminal by JetConnect flight 7003/S240966 at around 18:30 hours and proceed to collect our luggage from belt no 8 and was highly surprised to find that not a single trolley available within the complex along with other passengers we tried to locate one but could not find a single trolley and ultimately had to pull and push my luggage all the way to the pick up area. we were totally exhausted by the time we left in our car.
                Madam/Sir I also put in a verbal complaint to the Airport Manager on the premises and she just was quite casual informing me that she had received complaints from other and that they were trying to solve but having had further discussion with others I have been told that this is a regular harassment at Kolkata Airport
                Also being a frequent flier from Kolkata airport I have found majority of the trolleys in poor and defective conditions where passengers have hard time to push the same.

                Hope that appropriate actions will be taken in this regard.

                  I am a resident of vadodara, staying on harni road, adjacent to the 'green' airport of vadodara (The new and 'supposedly' eco-friendly terminal). Have been a witness to the evolving and developing airport.
                  But seems the development has costed all o[censored]s the 'greens' after all. Firstly, the construction of the airport took a toll on the pollution in the area for almost 3-4 years. And like i said, we stay just adjacent...

                  I have booked ticket from mumbai to kolkata under refudable category in jet airways through cleartrip. I am retired reseach dierector from ministry of commerce and industry. I had to cancell the flight ticket due cancellation of my connecting train to puri. On 18th nov, 2017.

                  It is my surprise to see that refund is zero as the cancellatio charge is higher than ticket cost.

                  Can you pl. Take up this matter to concerned agencies and let me know the course of action.

                    On my way back home from barrackpore through kolkata airport road i accidentally went towards the airport on 05/11/2017. So i had to pass through the toll gate (Booth 3) after collecting a token. I went straight to the exit gate. It took hardly 1 to 2 minutes to reach there. The person at the exit toll gate claimed rs. 100 because according to the token i spent more than 10 minutes inside. To my surprise i noticed that the token is showing my entry time as 13:20 instead of 13:30. I could not make the person believe that i entered hardly 1 to 2 miniutes back. So i had to pay rs. 100. You can check the cctv footage to verify whether my claim is correct. My car is a silver coloured volkswagen vento. Date & time of entry: 05/11/2017 & 13:30

                    Now my question is how a cheater like s s enterprises is at the charge of the toll gate. They have kept the clock at the entrance toll gate 10 minutes slower so that each and every car which is entering the airport has to pay.

                    I request you to make s s enterprises return my money.

                    Same thing happene with me today ie 26 Nov 2017 at 1625 hours at exit gate no 2 slip 14388. I have spoken to aai manager, he has advised to give Dgm commercial aai. Aai should take this as complaint and fir to be lodged against the guy under goonda act. This ss enterprise engaged goons to do such things.
                    Aai Dgm commercial should take cogzinent of this and taken stringent action.
                    AAI should order SS Enterprise for CCTV with automatic time stamping at the entry point, so that the slip shall contain the vehicle no, date and time entry along with bar code, so that it should not be manipulated at the exit. Further, the exit point should be shifted near to air port, where movement of vehicles will be faster. The no of Exit gates should be increased from present three to at least five, to avoid manipulation and extortion. all the operation should be monitored from central located manned by AAI staff.
                    I too had similar problem in chennai airport. The number of exits are less. This is creating mess at the exit point. There is a big pileup of vehicles during peak time and the charge of Rs150 is exorbitant.
                    To add to my point. The toll is managed by the same s.s enterprises in Chennai as well.
                    Same think happen with this fruad private company should be change

                      This is to inform you that during the travelling from Dubai to India my baggage was completely damaged. On the airport I show them my baggage was damaged but they said at presently you go and we will settle the payment. They gave me one pink receipt as proof. I have right to take the money at airport but they payed with me. I submitted photos and videos to the airline company as required on immediate basis in the month of Sept 2017.

                      They said we can pay you only INR 2000/- for VIP branded bag which was not possible to use for next travelling. I said no I dont want then they said we will pay you INR 3000/- for the same. As I dont want to create issue I agreed and requested them to transfer to my account. Actual cost of bag is approx AED 450/- (Approx INR 7500/-)

                      As I am NRI (booked ticket from Emirates NBD Bank, Dubai ) I am not having any NRO account in India where they can transfer the money, so I requested from my registered email ID to transfer the money to my father account as per my passport details. They denied that we will transfer to your account only. I provided my complete bank details but still no money credited or updates received from them.

                      Even though I provided all the details of my Dubai bank account they didnt transfer the money. I feel that they dont have intention to pay the money.

                      This is not acceptable airline standard at all.

                        Last sunday my husband had a flight from kolkata airport. We book a sumo and went there near about 9pm. And left the place at 9.06pm. We didnot waist much time as waiting charge after 10min is rs. 100. When we left the place we saw a huge traffic jam and we had to wait for 20 min in that jam. At the parking corner they asked us to pay 100rupee, but it was a self created traffic jam and they took unnecessary chrges, we told them we left the place at time but they misbehave very badly with us and took 100rupee. It was nt the first time i faced same situation in may month. They took 50 ruppes unnecessarily. I am requesting you pls take action regarding this matter. The parking space just mususe the rule and we had to pay the money unnecessarily.

                          This is not all expected that one has to pay to go to the toilet.

                          I was in a bad condition that i was not allowed to go inside as i didn't have 2 rupees.

                          Is this the way people are treated for not having coins in order to use the toilet

                          I didn't at all thought of this anytime and became the worst sufferer for it.

                          Please look into this matter seriously.

                            First some summary about the state of events

                            Date: 25th occ 2017
                            Time: around 1630 hrs
                            Complaint about: mr. Dheeraj kumar
                            Location: domestic transfer security check

                            I, vikas omer, travelling back from hong kong to lucknow was standing in a very long queue for security check at domestic transfer. An old gentleman complaint that you should also use idle counters for scan and after when few more people raised their voice about it, a new counter was opened for scanning. I was the first one to use that. Security personnal collecting stuff for scan told me to move ahead for body scan. When i reached that point, there was no body to do the scan. Mr. Dheeraj kumar shouted "tu kaise aa gaya yaha.. Chal bhak". I pointed towards the securiry personnal who asked me to move ahead. I asked mr. Dheeraj kumar to talk politely and he still said "chal bhak". I just saw his name and came back to the line. And when i was looking at his name tag.. He said.. Here is my name.. Do. Whatever you can.

                            This is not the way these guys should be talking to passengers and they think they are king because they dont fear anyone.

                            I just wanted to report this sad incident in hope of some action or warning for men like dheeraj kumar.

                            Hoping for a revert.

                              When we are coming out from airport dropping my daughter well before 10 minutes (Stipulated free parking time), we faced huge traffic jam which i thought is man made. It took more than 10 minuets. Parking staff asked for parking fee of rs. 100/- which we thought it was unjustified since we were stuck up in jam.

                              We expect a hassle free transport. Automatic barrier or different routes for parked car & drop-and-go cars. One of these will reduce traffic jam near pay booth dramatically.

                                At lucknow airport, staff avoids either by not being present or showing callousness to provide slip at the entrance, because time for uncharged parking is 8 minutes, when vehicles comes back after pickup, they harass the passenger and extract money for 24 hour parking charges. Most of the time, they do not provide receipt also and use abusive language.
                                This is very serious issue, if it is outsourced, the party and the employees need to be changed and if it is owned by aai, the employees there need to be checked periodically by senior staff.

                                  I have no doubt that these airport authorities are openly looting common people's money by employing these drunk goondas at the parking place. These airport management people are getting lots of commission from the money collected at parking. I got scared to talk to the parking guard while i was at the exit gate and quitely gave him 55 rupees. His eyes were so red, i have no doubt that he was fully drunk and standing there to bully people. If such people are allowed to stand at the security gate, there's no doubt its the bhubaneswar airport authorities who are encouraging them to extract money in order to get commission from them.

                                    We had to pay ₹55/- because we couldn't manage to drive out of the airport zone in 6 mins. We got in at 1:39, so we should have been out by 1:45 but we couldn't do that as we had to stand in a queue to drive out because there were less counters to check. We got out at 1:46, that is one minute late, that was for the queue, and we were charged!! Hello!! Not our fault, but we were pushed to pay!!

                                      I had this flight on 21st october 2017, st 9:15 am through 6e 5013. I arrived to boarding counter g at 8:20 am, there i weighed my baggage and found it to be 17.4 kg so i removed excess baggage of 2 kg from my baggage and transferred it to my handbag. After these steps the officer stationed at the boarding counter told me to rush to d counter there i weighed my baggage and found it to be 13.3 kg, 2 kg less than the previous measurement at g block. I feel indigo airlines has rigged and are pulling off this scam. Please see to this issue
