Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I, Upasna Raul, am travelling with my mother today at 16:30 pm to Delhi from Bhubaneshwar. As we were getting into the airport, there was a certain discrepancy in my mother's ticket. My mother was getting a little hyperactive and kept saying that they are responsible if we kiss the flight. I take responsibility for my mother. However, the personnel at the gate was rude and threatened my mother repeatedly that she couldn't do anything and dared us to complain. Small as it might seem to you, I refuse to let it go. Apart from the security of the airport, one of their duties is also the service of the public. I request you to take a look at this and do something about it.

    I have traveled indigo from kathmandu.. New delhi... Pune on 2nd n 3rd may 2017.
    I was returning from a tough everest base camp trek.

    By mistake kept a power bank in checked baggage. Though i had checked in about 3 hours prior to the flight. I was informed just while boarding about it and i was offered no option to retrieve the item. I was asked to open the bag from security scanning area office prior to the loading area and was told that i have to ask someone to collect it personally from indigo office no 13.
    Now this is wrong sir, i could have been alerted earlier.
    When inquired at indigo office i am told that the item was disposed by security, how is this done without any intimation to the owner. This is sheer theft by security people. How can they do this, this is illegal. I request to locate the item and details about it please.

      Yesterday (23/04/2017) i went to airport to drop my relative. As i know that we are charged 55 rs if we stay more then 5 min at the dropping bay. So we had only one language we could manage to drop and return to the exit in 2 min. But at the exit there a was a long queue and it took more then 10 min. So i raised my complaint to the person who was collecting money that i was at the exit before 5 min and due to the slow moving queue at the collection point it has crossed 5 min. So i denied to pay 55 rs. The person did not care and asked me to pay the money.
      I would request the airport authority bhubneswar that please check this nexus. We are deliberately delayed at the exit to collect 55 rs.

        Today 22nd March, 2017 I am Partha Das entered airport parking halt entry point at 19:46pm and returned to parking halt exit point at 20:01 but the staff present at the gate did not collect the ticket rather making the vehicle ques exit slow so that ticket charges could be collected. This is a very serious issues plus they are very arrogant, misbehave with the passengers. In the receipt it is mentioned Receipt No: 3199 & V.no: 55. I am requesting you to take the matter seriously and sort it out as quickly as possible.

          Please find attached photo of parking fee receipt of duration 14minutes and 13 seconds of my car gj 18am 9208. Out of above duration i was in que of exit vehicles (Photo attached) for about 5 to 7minutes. I had argued before persons on duty (Photos of i-card attached) to clear que of exit vehicles as fast as possible those are coming out within free permissible 12 minutes without use of parking place.
          I feel that parking agency collecting minimum fee of rs. 85.00 by intentional mismanagement in their benefit. Please take strict action against agency and minimize the harassment to the visitors.

            I booked an uber taxi for airport on 16/03/2017. The taxi was charged 55 rupees for only dropping which ultimately was paid by me. Second thing was that no proper receipt was given. The receipt only mentioned vehicle no 55. Previously I paid rs 20 for the same. Why would I pay for just dropping & if charged, a proper receipt should be given. So look into this matter as it highly inconvenient to throw our hard earned money for this unexplained and unnecessary charging.

              when I was undergoing security check, a mosquito bat was confiscated. When I asked whether it will be returned while coming back within week time, the security said no.

              When I reported to higher authority at the airport and he simply said that it will not be entered in the register and the bat will be thrown into the dustbin.

              I feel the security at the airport is not following the established procedure and trying to take the confiscated item into themselves. Cost is not a matter but fairness should be prevail and it is not there in the security check up

              Request to intervene to get back the mosquito bat at the earliest.

                We had our flight in morning at 7 am from Indore to Delhi but because of very poor management of airport authority of Indore we missed our flight despite of reaching on time that was 6.30 am. The reason for late was a very long queue of passenger which was mix crowd of passengers leaving for Mumbai and Delhi. where on the other hand the flight of Mumbai was at 7.15 am which shows too poor time management and worst authority which did not listened to our words and caused our flight to get missed. As we have connecting flight from Delhi at 12 pm and we don't know what will happen, As because of those idiots we had to purchase tickets again which cost us lot.

                  I would like to inform the authorities of the rude and dismissive behavior of the staff when I informed them that they should try to clear up the area in front of the entrance to security check. I opened another area so that I would be easy for people to pass at which they raised an objection and said that, "Move trolley and come from there only"
                  Similar situation was present at the indigo line and the lady attending to me pointed out to me that I should try and make my way through the storm of trolleys.

                  I was astonished at this behavior and when I told the people at the security check Lane, they just laughed at me and wanted to inquire what my problem was with the line.

                  I feel that a customer travelling should be made comfortable and the journey starts from the minute you enter the airport. The staff interactions are always part of the journey. If kolkata cannot understand this, then you could be in loss of gaining loyal patrons.

                  I would suggest
                  Firstly, they increase the no. of ground staff who can at least help clear the trolleys and make the area visibly clear.
                  Last but not the least, pls educate and train the ground staff in customer handling and politeness so that they can have courteous dealings in the future.

                  Best wishes to kolkata airport authorities and hope that the tackle the issue, speedily and rightfully.

                    The prepaid taxi counter in front of gate 3a arrivals tells people they are from governmen but they charge 550 rupees instead of the standard rate of 250! They refuse to accept debit cards citing non sense reason. Both of above are criminal offences in view of consumer rights and the government initiative. Please do the needful since around 20-40 passengers were duped today.

                      On 4th Dec, I had checked in 2 baggage(40 kg in total) while travelling from Melbourne to Hyderabad via Singapore.
                      On 5th Dec, 00:40 when I reached Hyderabad I could not find my baggage. When I reported this to the authority (Tigerair), they informed me that the baggage was left behind at the Singapore airport.
                      I had a connecting flight to Pune the same day so I informed them that I would be nedding the luggage there.
                      They then filed a PIR report for the same and assured me that they will send my luggage the very next day to Pune. On 6th Dec, I was informed that the luggage has reached Hyderabad and will be sent to Pune shortly.
                      It has been 3 days since then and still I have not received the luggage.No one answers my calls and if they do I always get the same reply that will update you .
                      I am very disappointed in the ground staff service. All my belongings are in the luggage and its causing me great issues here in Pune. Kindly assist.

                        Lost Baggage: Jet airways: Stockholm to bangalore flight

                        I checked in three luggages while travelling from stockholm via amsterdam to mumbai to bangalore . At mumbai airport i received only two luggages and the third luggage was misisng .
                        when i enquired in jet airways counter at mumbai airport they told me that it is stuck in amsterdam and they will notify me within 24 hours for which i raised a complaint and from that date(30th nov 2016) till two days they kept saying me that it is on the way and that i should be relaxed and assured me for safe arrival of my luggage.

                        And it clearly shows they do not think about customer interests at all.

                        Little did i know that they were playing with my emotions and fooling me. I kept them saying that this luggage was really important to me. Now after 7 days of continuos follow up, queries, calls, fights they are saying that they are not able to track it and trace it.
                        The blame game has started. My first flight was with KLM (flight partner of jetairways from stockholm), so jetairways is blaming klm has misplaced it and there id no response from klm on this.
                        Is this a joke?what i am supposed to do ?
                        I came to know that my luggage is mishandled and misplaced and despite all their promises to make every effort to return it to me as soon as possible and deliver it at my door step with absolutely free of cost, i just feel i am deceived of their sugar coated words of assurance.
                        Now they are asking me to compensate for the same provided i show them the bills of the items which are in the luggage. Now the luggage is almost 4-5 lakhs worth which had the following items
                        1. gifts for my family and friends and
                        2.perfumes
                        3.cosmetics
                        4.my designer clothes

                        Hardly anyone carries the bills for everything being unaware of this kind of carelesness on the part of the aviation sector which is totally not acceptable.
                        They know just how to make money out of innocent people when he time comes to compensate them back. The claim amount they are giving me is far away than my actual monetary loss.
                        This disgusting attitude and unproffesionalism on the part of both the airways has left me with nothing but pain and misery and i am mentally harrased now.

                        After 15 months i came back to India with a positive note but this was a blow to my mental peace and i will not leave any stones unturned to punish these guys for their hypocrisy and cheating.
                        Jet Airways and klm you disgust and dispapoint me .

                        Will i ever get my luggage back ? Who will compensate for my emotional and monetary losses ?

                          I am writing this letter with an issue of missing of my costly gold ornaments from my personal bag.I am travelling with my family from MUMBAI to KOlKATA with indigo flight 6E-321 departed at 9.15am on 18.10.2016.
                          I have two gold bracelet in personal bag which was checked during security check at Mumbai airport. I got down at kolkata at 12pm after which didnt find out my gold ornaments in baggage.As I hurry to my home from my son treatment I didnt get much time to enquired about this.

One week, about 30-40 calls and they never pick up. After every call, I find it engaged, I guess they keep it like that to avoid calls. Getting paid for free or what? Least they can do is at least pick up the phone.

                            I went to pick my Sister and niece coming from Delhi they were waiting for me outside only, it took us hardly 3-4 minutes to come out from parking area still that Parking owner was charging ... And when I asked him to cross check the time he argued because I was very sure that we hardly took much time ... There was que of cars also paying him that took time...they blocked the shorter direct turn also which leads to take a longer path for exit...
                            That parking owner is charging for no reason
                            That's not acceptable!!!

                              I was travelling with my family from Kolkata to Bangalore on 14th May by Jetairways flight @ 10:30 AM.

                              During security check-in, our one of the black color bag was missed. Same was informed to Security personnel. But they told, they could not find it that time.

                              As we have to rush to onboard we have not enquired much but bag must be with security checking staff.

                              Please help me to find my bag.

                                I had horrible Food poisoning at the Jaipur airport. I got sick at the check in counter and my friend had to get my boarding pass. I forgot the tag for cabin baggage and these women security officers were so rude. No one gave me proper answer to what to do next since I was already inside and cannot go out to get tag. I could barely stand and my flight has already started boarding. I'm standing there crying asking them to tell me what to do next and they are all saying we can't do anything. Go get a tag. From where can I get a tag if I can't go out. If nothing you are still human. Is that a way to deal with other person who you can obviously see is very sick. I'm really disappointed by their rude attitude. If you cannot work with people don't be in such job. That's no way to treat another person.

                                  Yesterday I landed at Kolkata airport from Mumbai via Jet airways. and I booked a cab through app. And that cab directly came and pickup me. It took around minutes total. though I know 10 minutes free. but Toll authrity charged Rs. 100/- for that it is very agony to say that please stop this kind of back door income.

                                    Sir I had booked 3 tickets from New Delhi to Lucknow by GOAIR for travel date 14/11/2015. total payment was made by me Rs 7950/. which was in refundable category..However for some unavoidable reason, i had to cancel the tickets. For which I did it through Internet but they Refund to my a/c RS 603/ only. They charged total Amt Rs 7300/ and refunded only Rs 603/that too in Refundable category...It seems to be very much unrealistic. I mail them to provide me the refund rule copy, twice but they never bother to do so.

                                      I had joined in the Airports Authority of india at Dibrugarh Airport on 08.08.2005 and resigned from this organisation On 05.01.2007. But instead of several correspondence through letter and E-mail . BUT till today no action teken by the said organisation to release of my CPF which was deducted from my salary from Aug-2005 to jan-2007.
