I've recharged international roaming pack rs.1199 for usa and using very good.

But how i can check my data balance and incoming and outgoing minutes. I'm unable to know how much i'm consuming and calling minutes.

    I’m using airtel 4g which is showing no service for the past 3 hours. No issue is handset where i checked with other sim too and it is working fine.. Network selection is disabled and i tried to customer care 121, 198 where i couldn’t talk to any representative.. It’s very urgent pls do check and let me know why it is showing as no service. Please check this as soon as possible

      I recharged today i. E 29/03/2020 with my own pack of rs 265 but now i. E same day on 29/03/2020, when checked my balance it showed rs 236. Don't know where the hell these rs 29 went. Also there has not been any info from airtel that suspended account will be charging rs 15 per day (As i have searched on google and found it on 'www.consumercomplaints.in' this website).
      I have also raised this concern to airtel on social networking site twitter tagging the official verified blue tick handle.
      As of now there hasn't been any contact or update from airtel

        Sir,

        On 24/03/2020, i received below message from airtel (56111) regarding my netflix subscription:

        "enjoying netflix with airtelthanks? Remember, your gift worth rs.1497 will expire in next 7 day (S). To continue enjoying the blockbuster content, sms cn netflix to 56111. The plan rental will be charged in your airtel bill."

        I never sent any sms as i was not willing to continue and within mentioned due date (30/03/2020 — 7 days from 24/03/2020), i cancelled the same but getting message from airtel that this cancellation will be effective from 24/04/2020 i. E. They auto renewed the on the 24/03/2020 itself and wanting me to use forcefully and charging rs 649 + gst.

        I also tried to reach them via customer care number 121 but no response/luck. Pfa relevant snap shots.

        Request you to please look into this matter and extend your support to get this dispute closed asap. Thanks for your support!

          Logged a complaint on 19/03/2019 for internet & voice network issue for cell no [protected].

          I don't have a second sim card for my trust with asirtel service for a decade. And now i am suffering.

          Address of issue is in the registered address & within city area. Complaint no[protected] dated 19/03/2020 &[protected].

          This is much before lockdown declared for guwahati.

          Have spoken to your helpline, visited your service window with a false commitment every time

              I am not able to complete tele verification of new airtel connectiin ported from idea. The number is [protected] trying using 59059 and other sms method. It’s not working. The case reference number of new connection is[protected].

              Please look into this urgently, i don’t have any other secondary number, all my transaction work and other important day to day communication are halted by the sudden disconnection if my telecommunication service.

                    Hi, i have recharged online yesterday using hdfc bill pay for my airtel number with 149 rupees. The recharge was not successful but the said amount got deducted from my bank account. My mobile number is [protected]. Sorry, i cant share the bank details here. Please contact me via email or phone for further details. I could not reach both hdfc and airtel customer care representatives and so using this forum for resolution. Thank you.

                        Regularly they are cheating in internet. After wake up and on data with in 5 mins it was saying internet 50% consumed like that. We are using more than 10 airtel nos but they are doing like, even customer care also not responding. Really we are all working from home due to corona virus. They are not thinking about situation and simply cheating us sir. For customer care call also charging 2 rs for computer voice record. After computer voice record they disconnecting our calls. Many times we complained about this to airtel

                              I want to complaint about network issues in my area 624 prasad bibwe nagar bibwewadi pune 411037 maharashtra which i am facing from last 10 years. I don't understand if states like punjab, haryana, delhi bangalore can get 4g+ why maharashtra airtel team is not providing same services. Today i am not able to do work from home and i am about to loose my job just because i don't have good internet speed.

                                The airtel "network" which the company boast about is very bad. All the complaints i have made the customer service have gone in vain, they say the network is really good, but it's the opposite. The speed of internet which the network provides on a 4g network is around 5kbps to 2 mpbs per second. This is a case of purely cheating and ripping of customer especially where the customers recharge for huge amounts these days and this the kind of service the so called "open network" gives. I request airtel to look into this. I am deeply saddened and disappointed by the services of this network provider. Each time you have to make a call is to get our of the house and get on the road to place calls that is how pathetic the service have been. I am hoping to get serious changes through this compliant.

I have tried calling to the customer care - no response. The next day i have recharged it again from another number still the bill was not paid & it shows suspended.                                     I have recharged my airtel account with 399 but after offer of 50 it reached me at 349 then i started making the payment i have 25 rs bal in my airtel payments bank i deducted them and the remaining 324rs through phonepe there i received a msg that money got deducted and the i can see that the recharge amount hasnt been to the number which i did money got debited to airtel payments bank and the balance there is the same wid 25rs but what about my 324rs money please try to resolve this as soon as possible

                                      On march 28, 2020 i tried to recharge my mother's phone which is on airtel
                                      I tried to do the recharge of ₹598 through wallet of airtel, unfortunately i added money twice in the wallet, due to a glitch in the app, first time the amount was not showing in the wallet, so i did the transaction twice, then it shows the money

                                      Now i am not able to do the reacharge, i have tried all the possible ways to reach out to airtel, i tweeted, i did an e-mail to them @ [protected]@airtelbank.com, i tried calling the customer care number, but nothing seems to solve my problem.
                                      After having ₹ 1088 in my wallet, it shows payment failure for the recharge
                                      Please solve this issue and help me
