I've ordered airtel xstream set top box on[protected] and the same has been installed on[protected]. With this, i can play tv channels and run apps like prime video, netflix, etc.

At that time of purchase, airtel gave me 7 days hd tv channels and today on day 8, they have suspended my account and demanded rs.153 on monthly basis. However, there were only 2 plans rs.360 &rs. 699 respectively on airtel websites.

I complained that i don't want to see the tv channels, i just want to run apps which will be playing with the internet and i am paying separately for wifi.
But they denied so i've requested them to return the set top box and refund back my money but they also denied and forcing me to pay rs.153, monthly.

It's just 7 days product but they refused to take the return.

I have paid rs.2249 and want compensation of rs.2751 now. Total amount rs.5000.

If the matter will close here.in case if hearings arrange by the court then the compensated amount will be increased by rs.2249 by each hearing.

    Too low internet and calling network in this area even have airtel tower also some time the signal will be show but there is no response of interest and calling network. There is a airtel tower with the distance of 450 m from here but we suffering form low internet and calling network in this reson we are requesting to look about the matter as soon as possible

        Yesterday I did my document verification for Airtel Broadband and paid 500 rupees and today the person told that someone will come and do the Installation but no one came yet to do the installation. I have been waiting since morning. This shows how irresponsible Airtel is making fake customer commitments.

I have resigned from my organisation on 30th oct 2019 and had requested for transferring the above mobile number to my personal name with the mathikere, airtel branch. It is already 4 months now and i am interacting with mathikere airtel office, where they are informing me that there is a software issue on pairing the number.

            I request you to please instruct the concerned in your it team to close this long pending issue faster as i have registered the above number in all my important government services. The necessary letters asked for from my organisation m/s. Sterling and wilson was provided during oct 2019 itself.

              Dear sir,

              I am an existing costumer of airtel dth, airtel post paid mobile service with no. [protected].

              I had requested for poor internet in my area through open network, however the same was not addressed.

              Again, i had requested for a second dth connection through airtel mobile app, which was also not addressed.

              This is matter of concern that, today morning i got a call from airtel dth costumer care no. [protected]; the behavior of the so called executive was far worse than worst, and totally unbearable.

              He continued talking with me rudely, and even called me a "deaf"...

              This type of behavior is totally unbearable. Is airtel as a company endorsing such behavior for its costumers...?

              Whether airtel apprising its employees for harassing the costumer and misbehaving the costumer...?

              Request to reply with necessary action from your end...

                We applied for broadband connection 2 weeks ago.. A representative agent came next day and we paid him money for advance money for 3 month subscription... Till this date we didnt receive any connection.. We are calling him daily for updates of connection and everyday he repeats same dailogue "today we will fix it.. Today we will fix it...".. It been 2 weeks.. Our office works are on hold for these many day.. You can imagine how much loss it is for us.. If you can make any solution for this, kindly help us.

                  I am an existing costumer of airtel dth. I requested for a second connection. However this is a matter of concern that the so called costumer care executives are harrassing me in a rude and unbearable language. Even he used the words like deaf to me. My question is who permitted the so rude persons to behave like this to costumers. Is airtel endorsing such things... I received the call from [protected]. Request to address the issue.

                      I had a balance in my account for the airtel prepaid number - [protected] but it was deducted by the company and when asked the reply from the company is i did not use the amount within the validity i. E 28days
                      Whereas while recharging there is nowhere mentioned in the airtel plans that if i do not use the remaining balance within 28days the balance will be deducted/lapsed from my account and the money will be eaten up by airtel company.
                      Hence airtel is committing a fraud by misguiding all the customers by providing incomplete information and hiding this # information
                      I have attached a screenshot of the plans where i cannot see written as i have to utilize the balance within 28days, in fact, it should be carry forwarded to my account till it is utilized.
                      Hence it is a clear case of fraud and cheating hence i would like to charge airtel for descrepency in services, adopting deceptive practices

                        On 22/01/20 there were many calls from [protected] by a staff of airtel, questioning me, why i did not continue with air tel wifi service provided. I informed that it was not attended by any one and we were not getting services so i dumped it and using other facility.
                        He was abusive and threatened me, that my running mobile no will be dis connected.
                        It was serious illegal threat and any consumer cannot be threatened like that.
                        Will you pl take up the matter with m, d or i should file a case?

                          This regarding my fastag purchased from airtel bank,

                          I ordered on 15th of december as of today 8th jan 2020 airtel if failed to deliver the product. And no information passed on by the airtel team to me.

                          I called about the same to airtel bank customer care agent name: wazid. He is asking to wait for another 10days. As it got delay in the delivery services. So i aksked him to cancel the order and refund the amount so that i can purchase the same from the outlet near me. He. Said there is no such option then can any one tell me what i have to do now i have to visit my home town for festival so will airtel payment bank will provide my toll tax amount when i submit the receipt.

                          And wazir customer care guy not giving the correct reply or not transferring my call to the supervisor or not refunding my money, apart from this he is laughing on the call

                              Airtel DT is not airing it's Channel No. 984 - Power TV (Kannada) even though it is FTA. Earlier I was getting this channel. Power TV is the best channel in Kannada. It exposes the ills of politicians, Government and other society. The problem is reported to Airtel DTH (email ID: [protected]@airtel.com) on 10th Jan 2020. Till day they are dragging the issue giving the reason of technical issue. Current Reference No. [protected].

                              I checked from my side for any possible mistake.

                              But I have noticed, in the 'Select your option', 'Add Channel', 'A-La-Carte'', 'Kannada' option, Power TV is not found in the list and all other kannada channels which I have selected are found.

                              This confirms me that Airtel DTH does not air this particular channel i.e Power TV even though it is free to air. And the company is dodging us in the pretext of 'Technical Issue'.

                              In this medium, I can not attach the email. I can forward the email conversation to your email ID(not known).

                                I have been customer to Airtel since year 2006 with two additional add on numbers ( ref details below). My compliant[protected] is not being addressed by Airtel, but set to close & I have reached out to customer care, billing, appellate, nodal, ombudsperson but with no respite so far. Its been frustrating since Nov’19, that billing team is following up with me for payment of an illegitimate amount of Rs 51, 500 and also threatening to disconnect of the services. They in fact disconnected for about a week in Dec spoiling my year end family vacations. I have always been paying through automated ECS and all bills are paid regularly, untill oct 2019. I never had any due amount pending until this issue came up in Nov 2019. I need your help to clarify me of the details of this inflated, illegitamate amount and there by resolve this issue . Since my ECS has been stopped due to this large amount in Oct, I have made manual payment of oct, nov & dec legitimate usage bills so far.
                                Pls find reference of all my previous communication below with airtel in trailing emails.
                                I have attached my previous month bills where my plan and payments paid receipts can be tracked for all these 3 numbers up to date until Sep 2019.
                                Pls ref attached Aug & Sep bill for payment acknowledgements untill then fyi.wher as Oct bill showing an added ontime bill amont Rs 47910.39 which in Nov they have added a fine as well.

                                  This is regarding my fasttag activation.
                                  I purchased fasttag from airtel payments bank on 11th december 2019. It got delivered to me on 18th december 2019. On this day, today 21st january 2020, its still not activated yet. It's still showing shipped but not delivered in my account. Attaching the screenshot below for reference.
                                  I visited airtel gallery, vasant oscar, lbs rd, mulund west on previous occasions but the only answer i got from them that they don't have any idea about fasttag and i should put an mail. Which i did. All the response i got was they'll respond in 24 hours. Which obviously they didn't. Please screenshot of the mail below for complain number 478682 and 4801776. Their last response to the mail was on 15th january in which they said that they'll respond in 24 hours but the didn't.

                                  I called airtel payments bank on customer care number [protected] on the 17th of january after which they gave me a complaint number 4845862. I called the next day (18th january 2020) to check on my complaint status to which they told me to wait till 20th january 12 am to get an update (Please check the recording of call if you want to confirm). I called again on 21st january, today, to which they told me to wait another 2-3 days for an update.
                                  Its been almost a month since i purchased a fasttag but cannot use it. I'm paying hefty fines (Double the toll amount at every toll plus waiting in line) just because i bought fasttag from airtel and it's not activated yet.
                                  I asked the customer care executive to cancel my order and give me my refund of the refundable deposit of 200 rs. to which they said they can't refund it. I don't understand the meaning of charging a refundable deposit if it's not refundable.

                                  This is my last mail to you, i honestly do not expect any resolution on this even after this mail but i'm just putting this for the record.
