It is to state that i ordered a sim card on 07.05.2025 at around 8:30 p.M. And was waiting for the sim yesterday but after waiting i slept and woke up today around 8 a.M. With a hope of getting my new sim within 12 hours max. But my hope was shattered by jio and they started telling me to wait for 24 hours which is till 8:30 pm today 08.05.2025. But i never got the delivery within 24 hours. Sharing the details hereunder

I made JioAirFiber Booking with booking no : LR0000JI75M on 31st March 2025 but since then there is not tracking of installation, no agent ever visited and i am not able to cancel this request after multiple attempts. I also made advance payment of 1111 RS, transaction id for the same is[protected]f2be-b6c8-df96abeecd11. I request for cancellation of installation and refund the amount....

I have purchased JIO AIRFIBER connection by paying Rs. 1111 from jio official website Booking No. LR00000F44OX. Due to some reasons I don't want the JIO fiber.

There is no option in My JIO app to cancell the booking order. The Jio customer care also do not provide any option to cancel the booking.

The connection is on hold condition.

JIO Customer service is pathetic.
They do not value their customers.
My mother is aged and lives on her own.
Her account has been suspended even after making the payment.
We have tried reaching to JIO helpline multiple times but to no avail.
I have got no option but to write here.
She is living alone with no access to any form of media.
We even made the payment twice thinking that might expediate...

I did a recharge for reliance jio mobile No. [protected] of Rs. 209/- via Amazon with order id[protected] today dated 24-Oct-2024 at 11:56 AM using my Kotak Mahindra Rupay Credit Card No. [protected]. Pathetic after sales service by Jio team.

More than a week that a request is raised, and they shamelessly keep on postponing the request since 3rd September.

Field engineer visit is rescheduled almost 10 times which is really annoying and disturbing at the same time.

Call center number keeps on reassuring about escalation but nothing moving.

Have purchased Jio air fiber service in the last week. having trouble viewing of few of the channels, picture quality shows very blurr and no clarity. TV continuously buffering. Internet speed is very slow, even you tube is not betting played.

Complaint has been registered with JIo customer care on 9th August, and technician visit was scheduled on 10th august at 7pm, no technician visited,

I had paid Booking amount of 1000 for getting Jio Fiber connection (Booking no LR0000080XPF) on May 25th and they didnt provide me connection for many days and then I had to cancel the booking and they told it will be refunded within 15 days and again when I called today they are again asking for 15 days.. I feel this is not legitimate way of doing business as most of the operators refund with in 2-3 days. I really dont understand...
