I am raising this complaint to warn consumers about a serious and persistent technical problem with JioFiber Wi-Fi routers, which strongly suggests an underlying manufacturing, design, or firmware defect.

Certain website operations hang indefinitely over Jio Wi-Fi, potentially due to latency, packet loss, or defective network traffic handling, despite normal...

I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment regarding the pathetic service provided by JioFiber/JioHome.
On 26 September 2026, I made an advance payment to book a new JioFiber connection. However, following the payment, I neither received any installation service nor any proper customer support from their team.
To my utter shock, on September 26, 2026, I received a text message from Jio claiming that my request had...

However,...

⚠️ **JioAirFiber – Serious Service & Complaint Handling Issue**

I am publicly raising this issue because repeated complaints and even **2–3 senior-level escalations** have failed to resolve my JioAirFiber service problem.

At the time of installation, I specifically asked the installation engineer to properly screw-fix the outdoor signal receiving unit. Instead, it was installed using **cable ties**.br...

I have been trying to disconnect my Jio Fiber connection due to personal reasons, but there is absolutely no straightforward option available in your so-called user-friendly app. It is extremely disappointing that a company of your scale cannot provide a simple cancellation feature.

To make matters worse, your chat support is completely useless — instead of resolving the issue, it repeatedly directs me to call customer care....

I am facing a network issue with my Jio number for the past week. There is no signal inside my home or in my area, and I am unable to make or receive calls. VoLTE is also not available.
The network works when I move outside this area, indicating a coverage issue at my location in Adityapur-2 Jamshedpur. Earlier, the network was working fine indoors.
I have contacted customer care multiple times, but calls are getting disconnected...
