Jio network completely dead in dehradun

JIO NETWORK COMPLETELY DEAD IN DEHRADUN FOR 15+ DAYS 🚨*

Regarding installation delay I wanted to Cancel order and get my 807 as refund

I have requested to Jio fibre Installation dated on 2 nd June 2026. They have promised us that they installed mentioned product dated on 4 June 2026. We didn't get any order yet and also not even one call for installation from Jio. And there is no option to cancel the order in the my jio app. I Wanted to get my full Refund amount of ₹807 asap. Not able to disconnect the JioFibre Connection

I have been trying to disconnect my Jio Fiber connection due to personal reasons, but there is absolutely no straightforward option available in your so-called user-friendly app. It is extremely disappointing that a company of your scale cannot provide a simple cancellation feature.

No network in my area from a week

Jio AirFiber not working for 24+ hours

Escalation to Appellate Authority Incorrect Billing & Service Suspension
