I ordered a business internet connection (Account[protected], corp ac#[protected]) from Jio on the 29th January for 3 months and paid in advance. I made it clear to the engineer that I will try for 3 months only, as most days the internet did not work, and despite several complaints, the internet remained disconnected because of technical issues. Around the same time, on April 5, 2025, I left for the USA. In June, I was informed by a message on WhatsApp that Jio did not disconnect my service, although I had asked for 3 months only. I had no way to contact Jio, given the 12 hr difference in India-US time. Then I find that in July, they took away the equipment and canceled my account, but want me to pay 3500 Ruppes as charges from May to July. They did not even refund my deposit. I need Jio to refund my deposit and cancel the charges due for me. Thanks Dr Satsih
