[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Services — Airtel is fooling people with their Internet Plans

I Have been using my Airtel number [protected] from past 10 yrs, I pay bill on time every month.

The internet service charge every month used to be normal charges (400 mb gprs free therafter 10p/10kb @ rs.40) My usage was with in free limit till date so i was getting rebate on entire amount.As the customer executive had informed me if the limit reaches 400 mb gprs I will receive sms saying usage is crossing the free limit,

Since there was no communication from airtel about the usage, I was using the internet with out my knowledge o[censored]sage, When bill was generated for this month I noticed they have charged mobile internet usage amount 6, 259.70 & rebate of -4096.00, They are asking for Rs.2, 887.99 as part of total bill.

When i called the Customer care this morning 11.00 AM, Exective informs me they have send reminder on my mobile on 15th 16th & on regular basis, However i have not got a single message, Later when i asked him to show the proff or connect to his manager he told he will arrange a call back with in 4hrs.

I did not get any call, Later when I again called them around 3.00 PM other exective tells me we have stopped sending reminders from past 6 months & clarifies User needs to use Toll free to check the Internet Usage.

Since Air tel is fooling people with plans. Below is the Internet Plan

If we buy 100 Rs Internet pack we will get (400 mb gprs free therafter 10p/10kb @ rs.40)

Below is my internet usage for last three months. How can they give 4, 000 Rs rebate on 100 Rs internet pack ?

Airtel Mobile Services — Connection is not working

My Airtel Wi-Fi number is [protected] and it is not working since last two months while payment is already paid by me.
