I have 3 airtel postpaid connections form the past seven years and unfortunately when i wanted the following services, i found out that airtel provides such a pathetic service which i did not expect.
Issue 1 :
I have a ap post paid number and wanted to shift it to karnataka. I went to the store in brookfield area stood for and hr and asked them for this request. I n my request i had asked them fro shifting to ap and changing to pre paid. They had given me all kinds of stories and finally pushed me to retain in post paid, which i had agreed. I had given all documents and they processed the request on jan 20th 2018.
Upto 1 week no message and follow up from the team and no changes happened. I raised a complaint with customer service and they adviced again to go to the brookfield centre and resubmit the docs.
I again re submitted the docs and, again they issued new sim which also did not work, one more time an executive comes and again redoes the process i further follow up with team in 3-4 days and response again mentioning you need to again get new sim and unfortunately nothing working.
Its been more than 1 1/2 months and such a worst service from airtel after being so long customer of post paid services. Worst part is no follow ups as on today.
I would suggest all users to try new service providers and give them an opportunity rather than sticking with air tel which is of no use.
I would like to do a campaign on this on social media services like facebook and twitter telling my story and requesting them to opt for new service provider.
