[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Services — Internet Usage charge even when the option is not enabled by us.

Dear Team, I have a basic mobile rate plan of INR 280 and a monthly bill not exceeding INR 350. I have not: 1) Requested for 'any' Internet options/facilities while buying the SIM/plan @ Bangalore. 2) Even after buying/using the SIM, I have not requested to enable the Internet facility either using SMS or phone call. Now, I received and SMS stating that "Mobile Internet usage for your airtel mobile [protected] as on[protected] is approx 92.95 MB. Charges applicable as per your usage are Rs 951.8. I am shocked by this fact. Even, I tried to talk to the executives/call centre, their response is like, 'Sir, you will get to know the details only after receiving the bill'. But none of them wants to confront on the above said two points about request to enable internet usage option.
