Airtel Post Paid — Worst Service and Customer Care

Hi I have taken new connection in the month of Sep 14 and my no is [protected]. Intially i was happy but later i started facing issues. Almost for 4 days (different dates) i have faced severe network issue and i ended up making huge calls. Call will get connected and it will disconnect immediately some times it will take lot off time. I called customer care many times and i explained the issue. they said they will give waiver for what ever cost involved and they requested me to call me back as soon as the bill got generated so that they pass the waiver. Later when i contact them they simply rejected and they started harassing me by calling multiple times. I clearly told them i iwll pay only if i get the waiver amount what ever either Rs.10 or 100 i just need waiver for the 4 days. They didn't bothered about that and they kept on calling and one fine day they deactivated without any intimation. It's been close to 30-40 days now and they started calling my contacts and harassing them. I faced the similar issue 2years back and again same. Who has given right to access my contacts? U disconnected my connection and u didn;t bothered to get in touch with me. who is responsible for the failure ???? U promised me that i willl get waiver and later i didn't get any thing I need to get resolve this asap...They are harrsing all my contacts.
