Airtel Post Paid — sim activation for postpaid services

Hi,
I have converted my AIRTEL ([protected]) sim from Pre-paid to post-paid recently and came back to Dubai, when I tried to activate manually which I was advised by the airtel representative.

I have conveyed to the airtel representative several times from Dubai

Unfortunately, after several attempts I am unable to activate the sim.

Can you fix this issue or guide me to fix.
