Airtel Xstream — Broadband Connection Not Provided after advance payment

Hello Sir/Mam,

I have made payment of advance rental of 3 months amounting INR 3536/- after Airtel executive reach out to me and submitted all necessary documents.

Now it's been more than 2 days and everyone is telling that your ref. no is not reflecting in the system so we are not able to track anything. That executive is not responding to my calls anymore and when I reach out to customer support they request for all information again and again but not providing a solution.

I have a screenshot of the Airtel payment page which provides CAF no., Transaction id, and my mobile no.
