Airtel Xstream Complaints & Reviews

I had subscribed for Airtel Xstream internet service. The service was working perfectly fine, till the point some over smart people in Airtel applied their brain under the so called 'pro active cure'. Now my internet is down for more than four days and I have got no clarity on when the issue would get resolved. But what is most irritating is that they do not have any human whom the issue can be communicated. They only have some extremely dumb bots which are probable programmed on Artificial Foolishness. This means you can't even get an expected date of resolution. To top it up, their app is horribly non-intuitive. So, to sum it up, Airtel Xstream is a good service till some one does not try to be pro active and end up screwing your internet. After it is screwed up, there is no one you can contact for help. So, think before you subscribe for Airtel plans.
