This is nagendra arveti having airwire broadband connection and paid for 100 days.

For the past one month, i tried all possible ways to reach you and requested and escalated all possible levels. But till now the issue is not fixed.

Every day i am explaining my problem and literally pleading with you, but your team doesn't have any courtesy to address customer issues and not following any business ethics "if the customer paid for your service you have to provide the resolution within the sla".
