Airwire Broadband — not able to get invoices

Hi,
I am airwire broadband user since last 6 month. I am paying all my bills on time to local partner in time but now when i am asking for invoice, vendor is not able to provide. This is not expected from a good broadband connection.

Services as well as internet speed is worst to use. Tried connecting airwire customer care as well but no response from them as well.
