Airwire Broadband — Not providing refund.

Paid to airwire for 6 months (Amount 4950).in first 20 days only I faced multiple issues of internet dropping very frequently and many a times there is no internet for half a day. My half of the time was going in raising ticket to airwire and following up with them. Later I checked with customer support for disconnection process and was informed that except GST amount, remaining amount will be refunded based on number of days o[censored]sage. Now after raising disconnection request, they are straight forward saying that no amount will be refunded and forcing me to keep using their service, even though they are unable to provide uninterrupted service. They failed at their end with there promise of good internet service and now they are not refunding amount also. Without GST, refund amount will be 4200 and from that even if they deduct for 1 month (used for 20 days), refund amount will be 3600. Please follow up with them to get this resolved as same way they would be troubling other customers also.
