Stupid cab company did not show up and made us wait there. When I called the company. They started shouting at me saying I hadn't booked. But I had received the booking no. Late at night we 2 girls trusted the cab and waited for it. They didn't bother to show up. After pestering them they sent someone. And after reaching our destination, they didn't have the decency to apologize rather they asked for extra money. They're very unprofessional and uncooperative and I suggest everyone to chose anything else other than this company. If they cannot carry out their business well then they shouldn't be in this business and shut it down. Was this information helpful? |
