Sir,
I was not interested in HDFC’s credit card but one of its sales person has sold me forcefully, further I was not using the credit card, but that sales guy told me that if you use this card for the filling of petrol then you will not be charged much. After using this card for the filling of petrol I came to know that they are charging much amount .Then I surrendered my Credit Card in year 2004 & since that date I have don’t have any overdue or any charges but after 2-3 days they called me & told that there is one transaction of Rs.500 done by me, which I haven’t paid, although it was not my fault then also I accepted & told them to give me the bill of Rs. 500 along with your interest charges but since today they never called me but added my name in cibil.
Now I have clear all this due (1500/-) of this credit card and requesting to the bank for issued me NOC against it. This process is continuing overall three months but there is nothing to do. I want to Urgent NOC from HDFC bank and clear this from cibil also.
