I ordered a product by using my debit card. Amount was debited from my account but I didn't get any notifications or messages from ajio that I have ordered the product also the product I ordered was not in my orders section. Would you please resolve this. Even if the product I ordered isn't confirmed I would like to get my money back....

I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team.I have placed refund request towards the
return ID 1) RT[protected] RT43025336 for the products.. . The refund was initiated on 13 and 12 Aug 2021 respectively. But still it has not been refunded. I have been waited so long for this refund. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 12 August 2021. Still...

I had placed an order for joggers which because of discrepancies with size I returned on 11 August. The refund amount was supposed to be made in a 7-10 days. But I haven't received the refund amount .
Here is my Return ID: #RT42994377.
Every time I check on the app it shows refund initiated but no updates about when I'll receive the amount. AJIO is the worst app....

I have ordered two denim pants from ajio app . As the size and color was not as expected I wanted to return the product I did return the product but one return is updated in the app and the other has not been updated and refund is also not initiated....

Hello I am Nitin Mathur from Delhi india I use AJIO app from many years and many product buy from AJIO but know AJIO hurts me very deeply without any reason AJIO block my account when I trying fro login always occur a msg access denied why AJIO do this with me while I buy many product with AJIO in some years...

Hi i’m akanksha singh i want to complaint against AJIO.. i ordered 2 dresses and 1 rakhi from AJIO with the amount of 2373.84 my order id is FL[protected] in that 1 dress from JANASYA brand didn’t come nice with the money 1134.. i gifted this dress to my sister in andhra so she wanted return i tried return for their place they are giving self shipment then i called to customer care they said any website issue and they filed a complaint...

I ordered a t shirt via app nd made payment by cod. Later i returned it and i got the payment as wallet cash. I want the amount back to my bank account....

I want my money back. It still is showing that I did’nt pay yet...

Amount got debited from my account but in AJIO it shows that the order has not been placed yet and that item is still in the bag.I paid just now...

This is the second time I am facing this issue, my money got deducted from my account, but order not placed yet, please solve this issue as soon as possible, below is msg, also I will put screen shot for your reference.

INR 1892.7 debited from A/c no. XX8622 on[protected]:50:13 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/AJIO/Paytm Pay/OidP.

Please refund my amount as soon as possible...

I have returned few products and I am complaining since June for the refund issues and moreover latest refund is also not provided plus they are giving me my balance amount and customer is so much untrained. My refund is of 7k including ajio wallet and idk why they refund to wallet when I choose refund to bank account...

I had ordered nike drop shoe on ajio it's on sale i got 68% off and the it cost me 1868 rs . I had referred many people's on ajio so i git 1500rs referral point in my ajio wallet so the final amount i paid 368 rs by upi and 1500 rs from ajio wallet.
But after two days ajio cancelled my order without any reason and refunded my all money ....

@AJIOLife what a pathetic services, I got no chill since I have ordered from ajio, they have send me the product with EN number in tag also tag is erased and now I'm getting trouble while returning it, it is Highly frustrated. order#FL[protected]

I have received the product 2 days back and I want to exchange it. But the delivered status is not updated in the app so I'm not able to generate exchange ID...

I ordered tha avaasa brand leggings, the amount is debited from gpay but the order is not confirmed, I need my amount back or my order...

I've ordered a denim jacket on 24th July, the order had arrived at my local town in 27th July, but the bad service of Ecom xpress didn't gave the product and fooled me, the product had returned, and there came the message from ajio, that refund is initiated, you will get the money within 2, 3 business days, it's been a month, still it's not credited....

I have ordered clothes for 4, 758₹.payment got deducted from account.i paid through gpay but order didn't get confirmed....

I have order 3 clothes, I paid the money through phone pay but in AJIO account the order has not been placed and my money is deducted from my account...
