Exchange getting delayed for order EX[protected]

I am am asked to self ship the product to return, but they didn't provided any self shipping procedure. Help me with the exact procedure.

I ordered a perfomax shorts and the paid through gpay, tha amount was deducted but oorder was not placed.
Date:- 4 sept 2021

I had 523 rs in my ajio wallet which I used it while placing order via phonepay. Phonepay is showing successful transaction and bank balance is deducted too but in order section no order is placed and all items are in cart without discounted price and now no ajio cash is there. I'm confused please solve this as I paid discounted price and unable to get benefits.
This is highly dissatisfying customer experience. Do solve it quickly please.

I had 419 rupees on my ajio cash as a refund amount of my order FL[protected] and now it's not reflecting on my ajio app and even my previous orders also not displaying although I'm using same email id and no.

Please look into this

I held an account with Ajio one month back. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

For return id: #RT44757790 the delivery was never attempted and now, the return has not been processed.

An amount of 4, 299.57 was debited from my account but the order didn't get placed. This happened on 2nd September, I tried mailing and calling Ajio but there was no avail. Please help me, so that I get back my money.

15 days back I was cancelled my order till now my money not yet refunded...

I had placed an order on Ajio. Ut its bren more than a month they haven't refunded my money please help me.

I have paid a sum of 3700 for my order which is Barcelona away Jersey 2021 and I haven't received any confirmation and nothing is showing in my orders.

I had purchased a few clothes on 3rd september 2021, using a code BOOM for discount, I successfully paid the amount. But the order is still not placed and I did not even get a confirmation email or message about the purchase. Their customer care is also computerized, so that did'nt help.

I was ordered 5 items, 3 items delivered but 2 items is missing, kindly refund INR 913.

I have been waiting for my product for almost a month and it got cancelled without any headsup. And I haven't received refund yet. I am tried mailing them..customer service is worst and they have given option to rise complaint but it's not working.

I ordered 2 kurtis from ajio for the very first time..i claimed BOOM coupon and pay 2199 via bhim app.. money was deducted from my account but order is not placed yet
please resolve my problem as soon as possible

Sir i have paid the money through upi and when i come back to ajio application and refresh the order didn't apprar still my money was deducted my order description was-

My Ajio wallet contains lots of my money but now suddenly i am unable to login into my Ajio Account. Everytime i try to login, it shows error msg "Access is denied".They blocked my account for no reason.I am Continuosly struggling from last few days to reach out to Ajio team but Customer care number doesn't work and also there are no replies of my mails.
I just want my account to reopen so that i can login into it again....

My return id- RT43317711, On the AJIO app, it says that the amount has been refunded into my source account which is MobiKwik wallet but it didn't. They initiated a refund of 1784 rupees on the 21st of August even after 14 days I haven't received it. On the app, it shows the amount has been refunded.

Sir I have kept 7 orders from ajio. order value for those 7 orders is 35, 106-00 (thirty five thousand one hundred six rupees). I didn't get my complete refund. I got refund for only 4 orders, value for that four orders is 19, 208-00, Previously I have 465-00 ajio cash in my wallet, So total amount present now in my ajio wallet is 19,[protected], 208+465). I did not get refund for 3 of my orders out of 7 orders. Value for those 3 orders is 15, 898-00 (4, 686.50+2, 413.60+8,[protected]. I got refund for 4 of my orders. I have given return on 25th july . return was successful and the amount is credited to ajio wallet as ajio cash money on 25th july, so I thought to transfer that ajio cash amount to my bank account on 25th july. While transferring AJIO wallet, amount is debuted but that amount is not credited to my bank account after submitting otp. So I raised a complaint by ajio customer care they said it was technical issue from there side. on 18th august I got refund for 4 of my order so complaints related to those 4 orders also closed, along with that 4 complaints remaining 3 complaints related another 3 orders is also closed by ajio people ( but I did not get refund for those 3 order complaints) so I raised a new complaints.after 3, 4 days ajio is closing that new complaints too saying that (amount is credeted to ajio walet but amount is not crediting to ajio walet). I am attaching those complaints in attachment. Note to ajio: My parents n family is scolding me very badly because of your refund..I can't bare it.no one will wait for these many days right..if that amount is not credited to my bank account for sure am going to face a lot of prblms.ajio people are not giving me proper solution..I am 20 years girl ..it's a full pressure on me...I am going to die because of you ajio people ..ajio cheated me...i trusted their site...make refund as soon as possible...if not I will die ...you have to face prblms ...
