I have placed an order to Hidesign vide order no. Order ID: 133184_H102526SP0000278 on 13th April 2025 on Hidesign website with full pre-payment.

As per email received on my account the order was packed on 22nd April 2025. The AWB has been generated twice till 2nf May 2025 but the order has still not been picked up and dispatched to me.

Customer Care Numbers of Hidesign do not respond and no one picks up the...

Have been mailing the customer care for 6 weeks now
They keep generating auto ticket numbers but, no return done
the response time is extremely poor

    Order got delivered 5 days ago. Despite reaching out to customer care on phone and email. I haven’t got any response.

    Product is super bad quality and unlike the images shown on webpage.

    Need urgent resolution - but there is no response from such a big brand. It’s disappointing.

      I received a defective product on dec 15th and I have been writing since Dec 18th to return the wallet as its defective with torn leather . But noone has replied to this .

        I had bought a bag online from Hidesign website on 21st Dec (MAO 01 BACKPACK, Cost ₹10, 445, Order HD100504)
        I recd the same on 27th Dec. However, I found the same t9 be small, and sent a mail on 27th Dec at 8.10 pm asking for return and refund of the amount ticket no 6905). However, there has been no response since then, despite reminders sent on 28th Dec at 8.48 pm and 29th Dec at 7.38 pm, and calls to the customer service no[protected] on 29th Dec at 11.10 am and 30th Dec at 9.45 am and 12.31 am. But there is no response on the number.
        This is pathetic service.

          Hi,

          I am following up with Hidesign form last 1.5 months for my refund, but there is no response on mail, calls, watsapp, instagram chat, facevook messenger.

          Very helpless situation for a customer on where to contact.

          I am very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour from such a brand.

          Would like to get my refund asp.

            Dear Team,

            I purchased a men's wallet from the online store of Hidesign on 13/10/2023. After much delay in shipping I finally received the package to the dismay that it had incorrect product. I have been following up with Hidesign for the past 5 days - they are not responding to my emails nor picking up my calls. Please initiate the return against order HD95801 at the earliest.

                I have already made payment for this order. but the delivery guy was asking for cash. So I have refused to accept the order. No refund no delivery its been a month now.Customer Care stoppped reponding to the calls and mails.Not accepted this from Hidesign.
                I am very disappointed with the service

                  I ordered a bag worth Rs 9995/- from Hidesign on 10th August 2023. I was promised a freebie worth Rs 4995/- with my order. However, when I received my order on 20th August 2023 there was only the crossbody bog that I had ordered. I initiated a return for my order as one of the primary reasons for ordering the bag from the website was to get two products in that price range.

                  On 30th August 2023, I received the freebie product from Hidesign. I would like to highlight the fact that I did not receive both the products from them at the same time, implying that their delivery system is not efficient. The freebie products were of subpar quality and had rusted hadrware, something one would not expect from a brand as reputed. I wanted to return both the product that I had ordered and the freebie and requested a return for the same. On 4th September 2023, my request was accepted by the company and they told me their delivery partner will come and pick the products.

                  The delivery partner came and collected both the products. He requested to keep both the articles in a single box to ensure ease in transportation. After that, I waited for the refund to reflect in my mother’s account (account used for making the payment). However, after waiting for weeks there was no refund. On 20th September 2023, I received an email from Hidesign's team that I have not returned the free product.

                  On 22nd September 2023, their staff sent me an email, and I am quoting from it, " since you have handover both freebie and the product you have ordered without our knowledge, we need to check with the concern store regarding the freebie, so please allow us some time, once we receive the confirmation from their end, we will assist you further with refund". This implies that I have returned both the products but the store has not received them. After this they reiterated that because the store has not received a free product in the "recent days" I have unscrupulously not returned it and therefore will not receive a full refund.

                  I have 100% returned the product and the freebie to the delivery partner assigned to me. Their delivery system is not efficient and has loops as I have highlighted before. It is unfair to penalise me and not refund my full amount to me for an error on someone else’s part.

                      The product you delivered was not of leather. The quality was too cheap.and of I am calling at customer care number there is no response from there. When I ordered it was on refund and exchange policy.totally fraud and I advice all not to buy a single product from you

                        Hi purchased a costly bag from them in Jan end and since then it has been showing signs of discolouration and skin is peeling off. As it was in warranty which mentions you can take it to nearest store for repair which I did and they kept me stranded for an hour to only deny taking my repair request and send me back asking me to first drop a mail.
                        I traveled far off as my city does not have the store still it was not submitted for repair

                          Purchased men's wallet, returning procedure is over, but Refund process is taking more than a month now, so far no response. Tried to contact Customer care number, which is zero response. I totally regret, why did I choose this company, when there r lot of other options in the market. Finance team doesn't reveal the transaction details yet.
                          Pls try to solve the problem and help me get the refund pls.

                            I was trying to buy a handbag from the website. I had a gift card ([protected]) worth 2000 rupees which I tried to use for the purchase. When I gave the code and the pin, it accepted and gave a message that this amount will be automatically reduced from the billing amount at checkout but it did not. To my surprise, the amount is now showing as 0 in my gift card!! I do not find it anywhere on the portal as well which makes me wonder - Where did the 2000 go? I have tried calling your call center but no response. Please let me know the solution at the earliest.

                              I purchased leather shoes from you Puducherry factory outlet on May 06, 2023. Being a resident of Delhi, on my return when I wore the shoe for the very first time, the shoe chipped-off terribly from the sole. How can this be expected from a brand like HIDESIGN whose product lives up to the brand reputation, quality, durability, service etc. But this is just one part, later what is more surprising is HIDESIGN brand is not bothered with this issue and refuse to provide any replacement or service to the customer. This is pathetic as now a days excellent customer service or experience is provided by even less known brands.
                              i have been continuously following up with Hidesign people but there is no resolution or heat to my problem. I expect my problem to be solved to the best of customer and brands reputation.

                              Hidesign addressed my concern and resolved my issue.

                              Its been more than 1.5 months and I am rolling like a all with Hidesign and been unheard. This brand hold no credibility of product sold at their Hidesign factory outlet as they sell old, rejected, defective pieces or else why would this be the situation. I have been asked to get the shoe repaired and that the only resolution they had to offer even if the shoe last for a single day, they are not bothered or concerned. Very very sick experience... Neither I can connect to anyone in Hidesign...

                                Purchased bag from Bengaluru International, Airport on Jan 15th 2023 with an assurance that it can be replaced or returned within 15 days. Returned the bag on Jan 23rd 2023. But till date(3rd March 2023) refund not processed.

                                Did multiple follow ups with Customer care, regional head, but all waste. They won't refund the money.

                                  Hey i have to give my bag for repair as the zipper is not working. But your customer care contact number is not correct. So where should i contact and how will i get my bag repaired. Please help me for this. I can send the bag to the repair store by post. As i don't have a store in my city. I am really satisfied with the quality of the bag but due to this zipper i m facing problem. I love my bag and want it to be in working condition as soon as possible.

                                    Chipping of hand bag bought from Indore Airport

                                    This is with regards to the purchased of Hidesign Hand bag from Indore Airport on 21st May 2022. It was noticed that the handbag was chipping off like a rexine, leather bags never chip off rather they give a worn out look. I am highly disappointed with the chipping off.
