I placed Order ID FN[protected] with AJIO on 5th July 2026, which included a Green/Olive "Altheory by AZORTE — Structured Relaxed Fit Flat Knit T-Shirt" (Size XL, ₹1580), paid in full via Mobikwik UPI.
AJIO's app and tracking (Tracking ID: [protected], via XpressBees) show this item as "Delivered" on 14th July 2026. However, upon opening the sealed, tamper-evident courier package, I found only ONE black t-shirt inside. The Green/Olive t-shirt I actually paid for was never shipped at all.
I immediately raised this issue with AJIO customer support and their Grievance Officer (grievance.[protected]@ajio.com), providing complete photographic evidence — the packaging, the single item received, and screenshots confirming the false "Delivered" status. Despite this, I have received no refund, no replacement, and no acknowledgment of the error.
This appears to be part of a wider pattern — I've come across several similar complaints on this very platform about AJIO showing items as "Delivered" when they were never shipped, with customers left to fight for refunds on their own.
I am now escalating this matter to the National Consumer Helpline and filing a formal complaint before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Pune, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
Order ID: FN[protected]
Tracking ID: [protected] (XpressBees)
Amount in Dispute: ₹1580
Date of Delivery (falsely shown): 14 July 2026
I am attaching photographic evidence of the packaging, the wrong item received, and the app's "Delivered" screenshot.
