I have ordered one Whp Jewellers - Men Yellow Gold Chain | 22 Kt chain from Ajio.com. I have ordered 8.18 gm chain, but it got delivered only 2.2 gm chain. I have requested for return and same got returned on 21st Sept 2025. The Concern is regarding the refund for my returned order. The product associated with Order ID FN[protected] was successfully returned on 21st Sept 2025. I have not received the refund amount on the promised date of 2nd of Oct, 2025.
I have made multiple attempts to follow up and raised a complaints in Ajio App, but the lack of resolution and communication has left me with no choice but to escalate this matter formally. This delay, coupled with the lack of communication, reflects a serious breach of customer trust and service standards.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my recent return. This delay is unacceptable and has caused considerable frustration.
I consider this not just poor service, but a violation of my consumer rights. I have fulfilled all obligations on my part, including returning the product and providing necessary details. Yet, Ajio has failed to honor its commitment to process the refund within the stipulated time.
I demand:
• Immediate processing of the refund
• A written explanation for the delay
• Assurance that such breaches will not recur
I request you to urgently investigate this issue and provide a clear update on the refund status.
Please treat this matter with priority and respond.
