I have ordered one Whp Jewellers - Men Yellow Gold Chain | 22 Kt chain from Ajio.com. I have ordered 8.18 gm chain, but it got delivered only 2.2 gm chain.     I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received after making a recent purchase on your platform. My order number is, and I would like to bring to your attention the multiple issues I have encountered during the return and refund process.

    To provide a brief overview, I initiated a return for one of the items I purchased due to oversized on [05/11/23]. Despite my efforts to follow the prescribed return process, I have faced several challenges that have left me extremely frustrated.

    Firstly, the assigned courier service did not pick up the product for return as promised, forcing me to take matters into my own hands. I self-shipped the item to your warehouse, and according to the tracking details, the product has reached your facility.

    Despite the product being in your possession, the refund has not been credited to my account as of today, which is well beyond the expected resolution time. I registered a complaint [Complaint ID] regarding this matter, and I was assured that the issue would be resolved by [date]. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

    Moreover, I am now being asked to provide a photograph of the parcel, which I find unreasonable and impractical. I have already provided the Return ID, and the product's status can be easily verified through your tracking system. I do not possess a photograph of the parcel as it was self-shipped.

    I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I expect a prompt resolution and the crediting of the refund amount, including the delivery charges, as per your policies. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of timely resolution is causing further inconvenience.

      My refund still not received. I lost 3000 nearly on return order. They accepted my return and they said they intiated amount .i raised a complaint also in ajio.Sended mutliple mails as well but they resolved incident mentioning to check ajio Wallet and providing reference number that they initiated refund. I didn't received any amount from ajio.

        Ajio - it’s regarding the complain Id COM[protected]. I had order a return pickup of 2 product together but later I decided to return only one product. So, I told the same to the @delhi delivery pickup person on 11 th June by telephonic conversation ( which would be recorded by Delhi delivery) and he said that now the system has been updated and I can pick up one product and cancel the second myself. You give me OTP. So, I trusted and handed over the product and OTP.
        Secondly, your third party pickup @delhi delivery executive near give anything as a proof of pickup.
        So, as a customer I don’t have any proof just because your pickup executive are not trustworthy.
        As a customer the reward of trusting your company is to return the product and bear the amount.
        If you want to proof that your customer is liar then in that case, it’s very easy on your part and get aside. But, if you really value your customer and if your company is more concerned about the issue and don’t want the same thing to happen with other value customer then take this issue seriously.
        Just by stating that customer doesn’t have proof is a very easy way out but questioning your @delhi delivery to listen to your recording of 11 th June where clearly the pickup person called me for OTP and I had a conversation for 2 mins with him. If he didn’t pickup the product then why will he call me for OTP ?
        @delhi delivery will surely know the person they had assigned to pickup the product and will surely have recording of all the above conversation but they will not give to your company because he doesn’t want to show that he has not trained his pickup person or he doesn’t have trusted staff.
        I hope you guys see this matter more careful and value your customer, their trust on your company and time.

          Hi, Anchal this side I wanted to say that I ordered one floral print top and when I received it has no tag . Everything else was perfect but it didn’t had any tags on it . Also I didn’t liked the product because the cloth was pathetic and it also doesn’t fit me well, then immediately I decide to return the top and when next day the delivery guy came he refused to take it back because it had no tag . Now you tell me what Should I do? I want my money back . Please help me out. My order id FN[protected] . Thanks

            AJIO.com you have the worst customer service. I mean you people must really really work on it. Zero empathy and sympathy for your customers. I have been following up for a refund from past two months and have still not received it. Have called your team end number of times and every time all i get to hear is this time you will definitely get your refund. I just don’t understand why do i have to call so many times for my own money. Even after returning the product in the proper condition with all the tags and packing why do i have to go through this. This is really horrible. You must be really ashamed to have put your customers through this.

            I really doubt if i will be again buying anything from AJIO.com now. I don’t know if this escalation is going to make any difference to you but pls at least let me know if I should expect refund from your end or not.

              PLEASE READ MY EXPERIENCE AS BELOW:

              Feb 26 -
              I requested for a return of three products which were gifts to my mom on her bday.

              Feb 27 -
              Your delivery agency comes to pick extremely rude! Says he wont take the products as the tags were removed, on explaining that I was a gift to my mom and I didnt throw the tags just that they were kept separately - he still denied to pick.

              Feb 27 - I raised a complain and your team apologized, I raised another pick up for March 3, waited till March 2nd your team cancelled this request on their own after multiple calls.

              I raised another request for March 8, till then I kept getting msgs on daily basis that that pick up is scheduled and then cancelled by EOD. March 9th I called again and your team said again they have raised a complain!

              BEAT THIS!
              March 9th the complaint was launched stating that they will resolve by March 14

              EVEN BETTER
              March 12 your team sent another msg stating that the complain will be resolve now by March 18th

              I called your customer care on March 12th and they told me to request for another return!!!

              THIS IS MY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH AJIO! I HAVE WAITED FOR 15 DAYS FOR MY PRODUCTS TO BE PICKED UP! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

                I have placed an order of 2 silver bar of 50 gram each on AJIO online portal on 10 February 2022 under under number FLO[protected]. I received one silver bar of 50 gram on 15 February 2022, the order of other silver bar show the pending status. But after few days when I can not receive I have contacted them on phone and they replied that due to technical reasons it is pending and soon will be delivered, But they did not deliver the pending item. I have contacted them via phone, EMail and chat box but every time they replied that issue will be resolved, They suddenly cancelled my order without my consent and informed me that refund is initiated to my source of payment on 26 February 2022, but on asking to my bank they have not received any refund for my account, I Have registered complaints with numbers COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected] & COM[protected] .
                I think as the rates are increased they are not supplying me the product.
                Sir I am a common man doing service have been cheated by AJIO, so I requests your kindness to help me to get my product or refund asa possible

                    On 19 December 2021 23:56 PM, I placed an order. The payment was process through my credit card but on the ajio app the items were still in the bag and there was no order placed, actually the payment failed due to one product is out of stock but the amount got debited in my credit card i have received an debited sms from bank. Regarding this issue i have sent mails to ajio customer care they (system generated auto replied ) wait for 48 hours to reflect your amount in your account, not reply me any support person reading this issue.
                    - transaction of INR 8, 065.78 on December 19, 2021; 23:56:18. Info: Reliance Payment Solut (as per bank transaction time).

                    Please resolve this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                      I had purchased a product from AJIO but the size was small hence requested for a bigger size through app, the exchange request was accepted but the delivery time was showing high so i tried purchasing same product which was showing quicker delivery time, i tried calling customer service number from 31st oct- 2-Nov but kept on waiting on IVR and was not able to speak to anyone so that i could cancel the exchange request and instead return the small sized product, dince i had already bought new one from AJIO itself. Lastly when the wxchanged product was delivered I returned it since i had alreadt got the same product and using it.
                      To my dismay i was intimated that the product i had returned is nom-ajio product, i am trying to make them understand that it is the same product that i have received with tags and even the same package and bill, how can it be a non-ajio product.

                          I ordered a denim jacket on Wednesday 18 August 2021(Order # FL[protected]). The jacket arrived on Friday 27th of August 2021. I initiated a return for the jacket as it was of poor quality and got an email that it would be picked up on that same day. A delivery executive picked up the jacket the status of the order in my Ajio app kept on stating that the order is out for pick up.I contacted Ajio customer care the following day to find out the status of my refund. The executive clearly showed ignorance over the issue and asked for the contact details of the delivery executive.I was then told the issue was escalated.I made a call today 29.08.21 to customer care as a follow-up to the issue and I was informed the jacket was in Chennai but my refund would be issued after 7 to 9 working days.

                          Herein lies the issue. On the Ajio app, the status of the jacket still reflects that the jacket is out for pickup. Secondly, in accordance with the T/Cs of Ajio, the refund is supposed to be issued as soon as the jacket is collected.

                          Sir let me bring one more thing to your attention. This is my first time ordering from Ajio and I did so in good faith even though I had read some harrowing tales and horrific experiences faced by customers who order on Ajio.I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt in that regard.

                          I am totally frustrated that I have to expand an insurmountable amount of energy just to get my refund. Clearly when comparing to other online companies such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra the contrast resembles that of day and night. With these aforementioned companies, the minute your product is picked up you will get your refund. Clearly, I must have misplaced my trust when I ordered from Ajio.

                          With all due respect, I would like you to make sure that I get my refund immediately.I am beyond frustrated and clearly believe that after my second order which is in transit I will never ever order from your company again. This is beyond incompetence least to mention ineptitude.

                                I have purchase pyajma from ajio website and raised return on dated 24/03/21 due to size issue and it has been picked up by delivery courier service executive on dated 26/03/21. But still I am not received my refund money of amount 799. I have tracked my return through delivery courier service and it's showing that product have been received by the seller.                                   I returned a product and AJIO refunded money to wallet. They dint ask my bank account details while returning. I kept calling their customer service and keep mailing them to refund my money to my bank account they don’t do it. They keep telling me they can’t enable imps for few days. And later they kept telling me IMPS failed twice and they asked me to give my bank account details so that they can do NEFT. After I sent them my bank account details, they sent me a complaint id. Clearly, they are just fooling me around. It’s almost been 25 days I returned the product.

                                    I didn't receive my refund from ajio.com after returning my order with return id #RT25695434 which was generated on 11th November 2020. They said that the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 days of return . I have tried to contact them several times by phone but no response from their side yet. I am very disappointed with the service from ajio.com

                                        When I purchased the product there was a free 30 day return policy. Suddenly on 12 Nov, they changed the policy and made it self ship where they are expecting customer to pay for the shipping.
                                        They are selling product without proper QC. Products are shipped without tag and then no return possible because you got cheated and got delivered a fully packed product without the tag. They have found a new way to cheat.

                                          I have returned a product purchased from Ajio few weeks back. Refund is initiated on 25th of September. But the refund amount is not credited to my account yet. I had sent so many emails to them regarding the refund, they said, it will credit on your bank account with in 2 days, 3 days etc. But the amount is actually not credited yet. And since last few days they are not responding to my email and calls.

                                              With reference to order Id FL[protected], I have raised several complaints but to receive not even a single response from Ajii's side. I am really facing such a bad experience from Ajio for the first time. Through the above mentioned order id, I had placed order for two pairs of Crocs but received only one pair. Moreover, their statement says both the pairs have been delivered. How bad service quality is this? Please take over my issue and resolve as soon as possible.

                                                One of my orders, which was to be delivered on july 20, 2020 is still pending for which the amount is already paid thru ajio wallet and also one return pickup is pending. Yesterday when i was trying to log in to my ajio account to check the status of these, i was not able to log in. I think my account has been blocked. I have paid 1167 for the order whuch was to be delivered on july 20, 2020 thru my ajio wallet. Please help me in this matter. Also, i have requested for a return pickup of another order, which was to be picked up on july 24. But, suddenly, yesterday when i tried to log in, i found that my account is blocked.
