Team, I made the electricity bill payment of rs 16023 on 9th september 2017 via paytm. The paytm team confirmed that the payment was successful on 9th sep, and it will be updated on merchant site in 24 hours. However the payment is not yet updated in the avvnl system and a late fees is also applied on my bill. Please help to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
