Avvnl charged late penalty charges during lockdown period for the bill for march 2020. The bill hard copy or message was also not delivered nor received by me till date. When at the time where the whole world is struggling for survival avvnl are less bothered, else indulged only for revenue. Avvnl should atleast waive late payment charges and credit the same in our account
