Ajnara India — Delay in possession

Booked a 1625 sq ft flat in A-Tower in May 2012...Possession was in December 2013 + Grace Period of 6 months i.e. up to June 2014...Now it is March 2016...NO POSSESSION TILL DATE...Blunder from my side for choosing this project in NCR..highly disappointed & feel cheated...Already paid around 44 lacs to these people...in a great fix due to the payment of home loan installment as well as rent for my present place of residing in Delhi.Still in DARK and no consolidate communication regarding the offer of possession.

I came across this complaint, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you.
