Ajnara India — pre-emi not paid by ajnara ltd for jan 18 | |||
I have booked a flat in Ajnara Ambrosia project H-1603.As per company representative Mr Umang Arora's email dated 01 SEP 17 to me, the MoU for payment of Pre-Emi by the company in subvention scheme with ICICI Bank was expiring in Dec 17.Therefore it was descided that the Pre-Emi will now be deducted from my account and your the company will deposit the same on/before the due date.This however, has not been honoured by Ajnara and ICICI deducted the amount from my account without the company depositing the same as promised.Fortunately i had funds in the account and the emi went through.Also repeated mails to Ajnara Ltd have led to delayed, ignorant and curt replies.I suggest you please inform it's senior management to resolve this issue and revert please.Reference Ajnara Ambrosia Flat No.H-1603. I am facing same issue. I booked flat in Ajnara Le Garden L2401. As per mail by Mr Umang Arora(Ajnara Representative) pre emi will now deduct from my account and Ajnara will deposit the same in my account on or before last day of the month. pre emi deducted from my account on 1st jan 2018. But till now i didnt receive amount from ajanara. I talked to Umang Arora regarding this issue, he is saying amount will transfer around on 20th feb 2018. I ask for commitment but he is not giving any commitment for date of transferring amount. @nitin my mob number is [protected]. Let get resolved this issue together.

Same is happening with me as per commitment to paying EMI, I have already paid two months EMI.
Not picking call, when I reached there to talk to them Mr Sudhir Chaudhry VP commercial promised me to make payment till tomorrow but its one week no payment received till date.
Again visited Ajnara office, but Mr Umang Arrora told me already made payment today and it will reflect with in two hour, but till yet no payment. My no. [protected], booked flat in Ajnara homes Noida extension.
