Ajnara India — surrendering procedure not being told and mails not acknowledged

I am unable to take the possession of the unit due to financial crises as my husband is out of job.

Have been mailing mr jaiprakash and talking to ms karminder kaur in customer care but noone is providing a correct answer.

I have to give the surrender letter to the hdfc bank who has financed the home loan.
