Akash Ganga Courier — Non delivery of pkt in time - deficiency in service | |||||
A parcel vide doc no.91471782 was booked on 03 aug 2016 from new delhi to jalandhar which was supposed to be delivery within 24 hrs. But regret to inform that till 06 august in was not delivered. I contacted the akash ganga courier, jalandhar on their delivery office phone no.[protected]. One uttam chand received the call from my end & i asked him about the fate of the parcel. He said that delivery boy did not find the location. I asked him there is my mobile no. Wriitten on the pkt. Could have called & asked the location.In reply he said rudely that it is not our duty. For your info my office is on the main road of shantipura, ranjit nagar road, jalandhar as per address. Lot of couriers, postal letters are delivered daily. I requested him to deliver the parcel now but he replied rudely that it will not be delivered now. I told him that i will lodge a complaint against you for your rude behaviour and he replied you can do whatever you want. What is the fun of the courier if the delivery is so poor. Kindly look into the matter with g reat concern & take suitable action against the said person and the courier co. For deficiency in service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
