[Resolved] Akbar Travels — bad customer service | |
Akbar travels - palakkad branch Staff name - santhosh We had a very poor customer service from above mentioned staff while going through the uk visa application form. He treated us very badly, made us wait 3 hours once and he sent us back numerous occasions by saying some silly excuses. One occasion he told me to “shut up “ when i try to ask him while he was talking to other customers. His behaviour was very shocking and it damaged your company’s reputation. I only mentioned some of my bad experience here. I would like you to come back to me with what action you have taken etc I can provide more information if wish. Was this information helpful? | |
