Akbar Travels — Booking Amount is still not refund by akbar travels

I Shrikant Koli, booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 7 June 2020 through online Akbar travels (P) Ltd, but flight was cancelled by Airlines company due to government guidelines under covid situation but despite of many request, my booking amount Rs.6912/-(Akbar travels Ref No AT[protected], is still not refunded by Akbar travels. Please do the needful action and order to Akbar travel to refund my booking amount.
