It has been a very bad experience for me booking tickets i will never book ticket and warn others too
Of your poor and disrespectful customer service
I had mailed though your website about date change of my up coming flights and since i did not have a revert back
I called your customer care today but your customer care keeps on accusing me that, i have put a wrong reference number he has not patience to listen and he keeps on accusing
I have double checked the reference while mailing as these are important numbers and information however your customer care can only blame and accuse Was this information helpful? |
