It has been a very bad experience for me booking tickets i will never book ticket and warn others too
Of your poor and disrespectful customer service
I had mailed though your website about date change of my up coming flights and since i did not have a revert back
I called your customer care today but your customer care keeps on accusing me that, i have put a wrong reference number he has not patience to listen and he keeps on accusing
I have double checked the reference while mailing as these are important numbers and information however your customer care can only blame and accuse

The author was not provided the comlaint, but provided steet talks as
- when and where the events had happened
- no full e-ticket attached, so no conditions of transportation, sellng, change of air transportation are seen
- it is not clear what e-mail / phone number have you used by author
- it is not clear what was the claim / request of the author of the complaint,

Within such circumstances the author can hire lawyer, whom the author needs to explain the above documents, to pay and the lawyer or the legal professina for civil aviation matters can advise the outcome and future step for compensation, if it can be done based on the all received documents.
