[Resolved]  Akbar Travels — deducting extra charges which is not mentioned in fair rule for cancellation

I request to canell and refund for my at online ticket and they replied me that they will deduct extra around 1500 other tgan the cancelation fee which is not mentioned in fare rule.
After that my complaints goes to manager customercare i speak with him by fone he offered me he will wave the extra charges from higher management. Now he replied finally he can’t do this. Iam disappointed, upset and surprised that doing like these cheating with customer from an esteemed organaisation which i am respecting more than 4 years experience.
I need to notifie my complaint to akbar online higher management.

Akbar Travels Customer Care's response Dear Team,

We have received request from passenger to process cancellation and refund as per airline in case of cancellation Airline cancellation penalty + RAF (refund administrative fee 300 ) + GST government service tax 18 % on RAF and cancellation penalty applied in case of cancellation.

The same was informed to passenger on email as per passenger there is no RAF and GST in below booking, we have ask him to check the same with airline and get back to us to process refund.

As per confirmation received from passenger refund is processed for the same.

Then why you (customer support team leader) Mr sarfraz khsn offered me he will wave the Akbar service charge?
In your Fair Rule where it is mentioned you will deduct the GST and RaF

I have booked ticket with akbar travels then i cancelled but didnt get my refund the airline people say the amount has been refunded but still i havent received yet AKBAR TRAVELS CHOR HAI KABHI NAHI BOOK KARNA
