I had applied for 2 Vietnam visas via the Akbar Travels website where I also made the payment. Customer Support reached out to me asking me for documents which I submitted. Then I got a call from the customer service rep saying that since I made the payment through the portal someone else will reach out to me. I have been following up continuously since nobody has reached out to me since Monday (I made the payment on 4th June and submitted my documents on 6th June) and no one is even telling me the status or if my documents are ok! Please have the decency to at least tell your client that has paid what is happening.
