Akbar travels seems to be a very unprofessionally managed company. I've submitted all my documents and paid fees and service charges on 05.05.2022 for getting Visa for my Malaysia visit upcoming on 15.05.2022. they've started application to the Malaysia embassy on 10.05.2022. they called upon initiating the application with reasons of withdrawal of all online application filed by me. Before this on 05.05.2022, i clearly explained to Bhushan about my application and helplessness to make payment online. When he was aware of this, why didn't he asked me to delete the application I submitted to Malaysia embassy then and there. Why did they delay/gap in application from 05.05.2022 to 10.05.2022. yesterday, I got a call from Akbar travels again to withdraw my applications I submitted online, however there's no application live on my account since 10.05.2022. And I've to fly in next 2 days as I've made all my flight bookings. Rehan never listens to his clients, he gives all possible explanations to prove you wrong and Akbar travels is always correct.
