Akbar Travels — Flight ticket cancelation refund not issued

This is regarding the non issuance of flight ticket refund done on date : 19th March 2022. The company claims to have settled the refund amount of rupees 4335 on Date: 2nd April. On confirmation with the bank officials it is confirmed that no refund amount has been credited to the account. The customer care officials have denied to share the utr number of the transaction and even refused to speak with the bank officials regarding the confusion after themseleves suggesting us to visit the bank. They claimed to us that the refund has been processed and shared the following transaction details which are attached herewith. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

Please note refund has been already processed from our end and amount has already been debited from our account.

We have replied on customer's mails id stating the procedure to follow up with their issuing bank if amount is not credited in account.
