We had booked Mum-Syd international flight for my mother dated 3rd May 2019. Since Australia closed its border, I had requested for flight cancellation and was told that I will get full refund from Singapore Airline. However even after 2 years, several emails, many phone calls, the amount is yet to be refunded. My mother is retired single women who is struggling to received her money back for so long. I was pregnant and just delivered a baby and it is increasingly difficult to spend time to follow up with a new born. Not to mention the emotional chaos it is causing to us is so disturbing. This was unaccepted from reputed agents like Akbar Travel.

Please note a refund of Rs.35000/- is initiated from our end to your bank as per the bank details provided from your end.

We've noticed that it takes about 3-5 working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts.
