Akbar Travels — invoice not given for visa service | |||
Dear sir/madam, Last month 18/02/2019 we had taken visa service from akbar travels bangalore and amount for rs.14400 was charged to us to which we made payment by our credit card when we requested for gst invoice under our company we were told that it will be given after 10 days. Its almost been more than a month we have not to receive a tax invoice from mr. Chandru and whenever we give call some or the other excuse is been given. Verified Support Nov 02, 2019 Akbar Travels Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam, Passenger was informed on email that as per our company policy, invoice is generated in the name of traveler and not in the name of company as passenger has booked ticket from akbartravels.com website which is customer website. Please note that I was not given invoice neither in my name nor in my company name and I had taken service from there Bangalore branch not online ..Your company is involve in tax fraud ...
